To qualify for IIM Visakhapatnam admission to the MBA programme, CAT is mandatory. So getting into IIM Visakhapatnam without CAT is not possible. Overall candidates need to acquire a valid CAT score in order to apply to PGP or MBA programme. Candidates seeking admission to PGP at IIM Visakhapatnam are first required to apply for the CAT exam. The CAT score required for admission at IISWBM for the MBA Programme varies each year depending on the number of applicants and the Category of the candidates. The merit list is released every year by the College for the CAT Exam. The students who fall under that category are eligible to go to the other round which is the personal Interview round. According to the merit list, the candidates who scored the percentile of 73 were eligible for seeking admission to the college. Some colleges also take the entrance test for giving admissions.
