Not enough package companies came for MBA recruitment.
Placements: The placements were dull with lower and below-average packages by the banking, marketing, and other management companies that were often invited for the campus, with HDFC Bank, Muthoot Finance, ICICI Bank, and Axis Bank offering minimum packages of 2.5 to 2.8 LPA for fresh recruitment.
Infrastructure: Karpagam College of Engineering was a private organization established years ago, and it celebrated the success of the students in a proud manner to advertise the college and gain admissions, with a few seats reserved for their own college students and relatives in every batch by providing some fee concessions.
Faculty: Professors were qualified with postgraduate and doctoral degrees, but were not so knowledgeable, and their level of relevance with the subjects was moderate, webinars based on discussions and fair talks were not so possible because professors were closely attached to the books.

The college is a well-developed campus with Wi-Fi network and good placements with flexi learn.
Placements: The college offered various placement opportunities with about 97 percent placement record. The college had an average placement package of about 5.6 LPA, and the top companies appearing for placements were Marquee, Amazon, Nvidia, Microsoft, etc. The highest placement offer is about 44 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, with well-equipped hi-tech labs and the whole campus covered with IPVD Wi-Fi connectivity. The classrooms looked decent. The food in the canteen is good, and even the mess seemed to be good. The faculty members are well experienced and knowledgeable.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in guiding the students, and the curriculum is excellent with Flexi Learn. There is a new scheme in practice which is very beneficial for the students, in which the semester is divided into two terms, and exams are conducted separately for each term.
Other: A lot of events took place. The college is always hosting events, and the culturals happened more often. The sports amenities could be improved in the college.

Absolutely satisfied with the teaching of faculty, good placement in 2025, really good facilities.
Placements: Around 90 percent of students placed in good companies. The highest package offered is 44 LPA, average salary package is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 7 LPA. Marquee, Nvidia, Amazon, Microsoft are some of the top recruiting companies. 70 percent of students from our college got internships in Amazon, Marquee, Nvidia. Machine learning engineer and data scientist are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: College has a good facility of flexible learning. In flexible learning, students can choose their own faculty and the subjects they are going to study. College has good infrastructure like a big canteen, 40 Mbps speed of Wi-Fi for phones and 100 Mbps speed of Wi-Fi for laptops, air conditioning in every classroom and library with every facility. Hostel has good AC rooms, food is very tasty. It has a medical clinic for hostel students near the hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Most of the teachers are qualified up to Masters and some are doctorate. The course curriculum is relevant to the subject. They are giving training for placement in the 3rd year itself. Semester exams are moderately difficult in college. 50 percent is the pass percentage.
Other: I chose AIML because this course has more scope than others and our college provides good companies in placement. We are under a soft method, which means we can study subjects of every department as open electives; this is the best thing for this course provided by my college. Our college needs to improve the transport facilities. Events, fests, and so on are good and productive in our college.

Satisfied with the college and the experience gained.
Placements: Over 80 percent of the students are placed, and the placements are still going on. The lowest package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the highest package offered is 32 LPA. Companies such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), LTI Mindtree, Accenture, Zoho, PSIOG, etc. Internship is compulsory for every student in our college. Many got internships from national institutes and many other companies. I have done my internship at the National Institute of Ocean Technology. Roles offered include software developer, data engineer, data scientist, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure provided is very useful. Labs are fully equipped with Wi-Fi and usable systems, especially in our department which has many labs, divided per department. The library has many books, and students can access physical books; a digital library is also provided. The quality of the food is top-notch. Staying in the hostel is also top-notch. The only drawback is that your freedom is limited, once you are on campus, there are 100 rules to be followed.
Faculty: I personally think the curriculum could have been designed better, but the overall faculty and learning experience is good. The curriculum is relevant and useful for a career. The semester exams are not so difficult, and over 99 percent of the students clear the exams.
Other: We get a lot of exposure about the career path and can upscale the learning curve to dive deep into the field and explore other options it opens for us, encouraging participation in other activities by providing the facilities and infrastructure needed.

The faculty and atmosphere of the college is good.
Placements: 85 percent of the students got placed. 3 LPA is the lowest package and 18 LPA is the highest package. EmbedUR, TCS, Cognizant are the top recruiting companies. 23 percent of the students got internship in EmbedUR. Teach support is the top role offered by our college in Zoho.
Infrastructure: Most of the classrooms have poor network. Infrastructure is not bad. Laboratories of our department are very poor as compared to other departments. Most of the departments have good laboratories and systems. Library is top-notch in our college because it has good network, systems, and facilities. Normal hostel rooms are not bad, but AC hostel rooms have good facilities. Food is also very good and our management provides multiple varieties of food. Network system is also good.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified and experienced. The teaching quality is good and application-oriented. The curriculum is relevant. But they add extra subjects not related to our course. Easy to pass the exam. Some of the subjects are a little bit tough.
Other: I got this course through counselling. The best thing about the course is our HOD because he allows the students to learn more and he also motivates us to do anything to improve our skill in various domains. To improve the lab facilities and also improve the syllabus based on skill improvement. Our college is very good for events and fests. Our college provides lots of scholarships to the students to boost our education.
