Annamalai University Chidambaram faculty is good and experienced. Annamalai University Chidambaram faculty are scholars and top university or college rank holders. The faculty are degree, PhD, and Diploma holders. The university is visited by guest faculty members so that students can attend the various guest lectures arranged by the university.

As per Annamalai University's NIRF report 2024, the university was able to place 18 M.Tech students during the placement drive held in 2023. Moreover, the report states that the median package for MTech courses stood at INR 4.28 LPA.

The fees for UG courses at Annamalai University Tamil Nadu is very less comparatively to other colleges it is around INR 3,000-10,000 per year for courses like BFA and BSc and they are similar but a little high for B.Tech courses.
