At the postgraduate level, Annamalai University Chennai offers two to five-year MSc courses to the students. The fee for MSc ranges between INR 14,190 and INR 1.9 lakh. This amount is taken from official sources and can change.

Annamalai University admissions are based on merit and entrance which may differ as per the course opted for. Candidates opting for UG level degree must have a minimum aggregate of 40% to 50% in Class 12. Similarly, for PG level programme must  secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation. Additionally, candidates require to pursue either of the class from Class 8 to Class 12 along with a 'Nativity Certificate' to be eligible for admission at Annamalai University. Furthermore, candidates must secure valid scores in suggested entrance exams such as NEET UG/ PG, IMUCET, TANCET, CEETA etc.
