Annamalai University MBA offers admission based on merit and entrance. Therefore, candidates will be required to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation, from a recognised university. In addition to that, candidates must qualify TANCET, followed by a counselling round. For the final admission, candidates are shortlisted based on the results secured, after the completion of counselling. 

In 2023, a bachelor's degree with 50% of the required marks for the general category and 45% for the reserved category will qualify an applicant for an MBA at Annamalai University Distance Education.
