Currently, IIITM Gwalior has not released the cutoff for the M.Tech course 2025 on the basis of GATE ranks/scores. However, to get an idea about the competitiveness of cutoff in the previous years, candidates can check the below table: 

IIITM Gwalior offers five M.Tech specialisations. These are Computer Networking, Information Security, VLSI & Embedded Systems, Information Technology and Digital Communication. There are 60 seats reserved for the M.Tech programme at IIITM Gwalior. The total fee of the M.Tech programme at  IIITM Gwalior ranges between INR 2.44 Lacs - INR 6.5 lakh.  

In 2024, IIITM Gwalior offered M.Tech specialisations via GATE exam scores. Talking about the IIITM Gwalior cutoff, the needed score to get the institute stood between 353 and 422 for the General AI category candidates. For the OBC AI quota, the needed score ranged between 307 and 371. 

Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV IIITM) Gwalior offers students and staff extensive infrastructure. With all the latest facilities, the institute is built over an area of about 160 acres. The campus is divided into several blocks, some of which are designated for housing units and the remaining for various departments of education and resource centres. After JEE session 2 is completed, only those candidates who are aiming for IITs need to start preparing for JEE Advanced after clearing JEE Main. Those who are above the 98th percentile should start preparing for JEE Advanced as soon as possible. Those below this, between the 95th and 98th percentile, should focus on attempting more mock tests and previous year question papers so that they have a better chance of clearing JEE Advanced

To apply for IIITM Gwalior, aspirants must first visit the official website of the individual entrance test for the courses to which they wish to apply. For example, aspirants must apply on the official JEE Main website to get admitted to BTech. Candidates must pass the GATE test in order to be admitted to the M.Tech programme. Eligibility for the GATE exam requires a minimum of 60% in graduation.
