At the undergraduate level, Bangalore University also offers three-year BASLP course in the field of Audiology & Speech Language Pathology. - A pass in PU exam conducted by the PU Education Board in Karnataka

- Must have studied PCB/ Maths/ CS/ Statistics/ Electronics/ Psychology/ Home Science

- At the time of entry/ admission to 1st semester; the candidate should be 17 years old & there is no upper age limit for admission

BASLP Lateral Entry

- A pass in Diploma in Hearing-Language-Speech revised course from an RCI recognised training institute with Science background

- Two years of work experience

- A maximum of 3 seats can be admitted on merit basis as compared to supernumerary to total intake permitted by RCI and the university

- For candidates who have successfully passed the pre-revised DHLS course recognised by RCI with 2 years of work experience, 3-month stint course approved by RCI’s entrance test will be the requirement
