BVP CET BHMCT 2022: Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus, Results

BVP CET 2023: Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed University) will soon release the BVP CET 2023 exam dates. The exam is likely to be held in June. What is BVP CET 2023?

Bharati Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test, also known as BVP CET is a university exam conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune for admissions to various UG and PG programmes. The exam is a gateway to as many as 700 BTech seats on offer at the University. Candidates will be offered seats on the basis of the marks obtained in BVP CET 2023.

• Aspirants must have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (H.S.C) or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) or any other equivalent examination of any recognised Board/University from any school/college situated in India.
• Interested aspirants should have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects along with Biotechnology/Chemistry/Biology/Technical as one of the optional subjects.
• Open category candidates must secure 45% aggregate marks in 10+2 examination
• Reserved category aspirants need to secure 40% aggregate marks
• Aspirants who have appeared or are likely to appear for any qualifying examination like HSC and whose results have not yet been declared will also be eligible to appear for the exam. However, these students are required to produce their HSC mark-sheet during counselling.

BVP CET 2023 Admission Process

Appearing in BVP CET 2023 will be a three-stage process that includes, application, entrance test and counselling. Here’s an overview:

STEP 1: Filling the Application form

Application forms for BVP CET 2023 can be filled out online by logging on to BVU’s official website. Registration will begin in December and admissions are completed by July. To obtain the application form online, the candidates will have to register on the official website as new users.

STEP 2: Downloading Admit Card

BVP CET 2023 admit cards will be released online on the institute's website. The candidates will need to download their admit cards from the official website from the scheduled date as notified in the admission schedule.

STEP 3: Appearing in the Entrance Exam

BVU conducts BVP CET or AICET for multiple courses. This exam is a mandatory step to secure admission at the university. The entrance exams will be of Multiple Choice Questions format carrying subject-specific questions.

STEP 4: Results

BVP CET 2023 results will be announced on the scheduled date as notified in the admission schedule. Results of entrance exams for different courses will be announced on different dates. The candidates can check their results on the official website

STEP 5: Counselling

Post the release of BVP CET 2023 results and a merit list will be issued with the names of selected candidates. The selected candidates will be required to participate in the counselling session held at various campuses of BVU for the final nod.
