A good government engineering college with a supportive academic environment.
Placements: PMEC had a decent placement record, with approximately 10 LPA as the highest package. TCS, Accenture, Ultratech, Cognizant, BYJU'S, Tata Power, Divami Design Labs, etc. were some of the recruiting companies. Internships were offered by NALCO, HAL, Jindal, etc. Assistant Executive Engineer at the Water Resources Department, State Government of Odisha, was one of the top roles.
Infrastructure: Smart classrooms with Wi-Fi, a central library, and well-maintained labs for all disciplines were available. The hostel environment was quite good and well-maintained, with 3 boys' hostels and 2 girls' hostels. Food quality was good at the hostel mess and canteen. The campus had a good environment.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Exams in this college were very transparent, with a 99% passing rate. It was a good government college for all branches, with a good environment. Students could clear their doubts in extra doubt-clearing classes provided by professors.

Good faculty and a supportive circle.
Placements: It depended upon the knowledge and practice. But every lecturer was good at understanding your problems and where you were lacking. Alembic, Mankind, Cipla, etc are the recruiting companies. The highest package was 3.5 LPA. The lowest was 2.5 LPA. Above 60% were placed, depending on the interview, skill set, and work knowledge. At least 60% were placed in my course.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility was good enough. Sometimes the food was tasteless, but I would mark it 4.5 overall. There was good management with good lecturers. College sports were the best memories that I had made in my life. It was so enjoyable. Smart classes, labs, canteen, playground, lawn, everything was available at the college.
Faculty: When a student scored badly, the faculty came forward to understand the situation and gave a second chance. Semester exams were difficult for all, but it depended on how much a student prepared for the exam. All teachers were very helpful. They just made a good student and also helped them in their career growth.
Other: For career growth, the college was a good choice.

One of the best universities in India.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of university is very good and designed with very futuristic planning. Labs, educational clubs, and classrooms are very well designed. Labs, library, and clubs are always open for students. University has unlimited Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and helpful with projects and providing knowledge. Teachers are highly qualified and well-trained to teach students. Teachers know the right methods to teach. Many industry experts train students to make them industry-ready.

Great exposure to core engineering with balanced campus life.
Placements: Placements for our batch are quite solid. Around 85% of students are getting placed. The highest package is 12 LPA. The lowest is 3.5 LPA. The average package is 5.5 LPA. TCS, Infosys, and Accenture visit our campus. They offer roles ranging from Software Engineer and Data Analyst to System Associate. On top of that, roughly 60% of us land internships through companies like Wipro and opportunities via Internshala.
Infrastructure: The overall setup for our department is pretty solid. Our computer labs and classrooms are spacious and modern. Campus Wi-Fi is decent in the academic blocks and labs. It can get a bit slow in the hostel during peak evening hours. Hostel rooms are comfortable. They are kept reasonably clean, with 24/7 power and water. Mess food is manageable. Some days are good, but like most hostel campuses, it gets repetitive. So the canteen and nearby food spots are lifesavers. Medical assistance is available on campus whenever needed.
Faculty: Most teachers in our department are really supportive and approachable. The senior professors, especially those handling core ECE subjects and hardware labs, really know their stuff. They explain concepts well. That said, the teaching style definitely varies. A few junior faculty members rely heavily on PowerPoint slides. This can get a bit monotonous. Curriculum covers all the core fundamentals you need. But in most technical programs, you have to put in extra effort on your own. You need to learn trending tools and coding skills if you want to be completely industry-ready.
Other: I chose this branch because I wanted a degree that kept my options open for both core hardware and software jobs. Honestly, the best part has been the hands-on lab sessions. We actually get to work with simulation tools and hardware. We do not just stick to textbooks. Having supportive faculty who encourage mini-projects really helps build my confidence.

Medium infrastructure, supportive faculty, practical learning, and decent placement opportunities.
Placements: Around 60% of students get placed from my course. The highest package is 9.1 LPA. The lowest is 3.5 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Top companies are TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. Tata, Cognizant, & Bosch are also recruiters. 50–60 percent of students get internships at companies like Tata, TCS, Wipro, and Bosch. The main roles are Engineer Trainee, Software Engineer, and Assistant Engineer. CV Raman Global University gives students some opportunities for placements and internships. University has a dedicated placement team. It helps students prepare for campus recruitment. Students get training in aptitude. They also get training in communication skills. Technical knowledge is also covered. Students receive training for group discussions. Interview preparation is also provided. In the 3rd year, many companies recruit students from different branches. These include Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, and other fields.
Infrastructure: For B.Tech ECE at CV Raman Global University, the department has Wi-Fi, but they don't work properly. It also has smart classrooms, electronics and communication labs, computer labs, and a library. Labs provide students with practical learning. Overall, our campus is good.
Other: I chose ECE because I have previously made some embedded projects. I am interested in electronics.

Supportive faculty, good placement and infrastructure, and overall good value for money.
Placements: 98% of students are placed from my branch. The highest package is 18 LPA. Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, and many other companies like Voltas and other core companies are also there. Almost all of the students got internships at BSNL in my branch.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the course is good. It's a good value for education for that amount of money. The hostel is good, and the college also provides necessary medical services. The library is huge and consists of a large number of books for exam preparation. AC classrooms and Wi-Fi are available at any time.
Faculty: Faculty is good and very supportive. Teachers support students. They encourage them to achieve more and more. They help students unlock their true potential. Along with this, we are also encouraged to take part in competitions and receive support from the faculty.
