In short, one of the best.

Placements: Brainware University's Cyber Security course offers decent placement support with around 70-80% placements. Packages range from 3-8 LPA, with an average around 4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys recruit. Internship opportunities are moderate with roles in SOC, analyst, and network security.

Infrastructure: The Cyber Security department has Wi-Fi-enabled labs, smart classrooms, and a decent library with technical resources. Hostel facilities are average, food quality is manageable, medical support is basic, and sports/games facilities are available for students.

Faculty: Teachers are mostly helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, with decent teaching quality. The curriculum is relevant to cybersecurity basics and partly industry-oriented. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is generally high for regular students.

Other: This course has one of the highest demands in future as everyone is shifting into the digital world.

Placements: This university offers very good placements. It gives us a very good price. Here are all the multinational companies that give placement offers and also give a relatable salary, but outside of India, the salary is higher than that in India. All the students want to work abroad.

Infrastructure: Very good and affordable price, and don't pressure students to do this work to the mentioned timings and also maintain the attendance below 75%, and students try to attend the classes without any absences. Facilities are all good and all facilities are available, like library, computer lab, drama lab, media and animation lab, playground, food court or canteen.

Faculty: All exams are very easy to qualify for, but one thing is that students must attend the classes. The teachers are very frank with the students.

Other: I chose it because it is very good.

Overall good experience of 2 years in this college.

Placements: There were about 250 students studying this course in my batch and even more in the 2024 batch. I still haven't applied for interviews, but according to my seniors, the lowest package is 3 LPA and the highest package is about 11 LPA. Top companies like TCS, Wipro, etc., visit our campus for placement, and about 88% of students got placed through placement.

Infrastructure: The labs are well-equipped, but there are some issues sometimes. The buildings are well-maintained with 24/7 electricity, and the food in the canteen and food court is of good quality. Overall, everything is very good. The college campus also has good medical facilities.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable and provide their best in teaching. Teachers are available for doubt-solving most of the time. The course is very relevant, and special efforts were made by the college to make us industry-ready. The semester exams are not that tough, and the pass percentage is 34%.

Other: This course has a great amount of upcoming opportunities in the future market, keeping in mind the increasing cyber threats. The overall campus health is very good. So, it can be a good choice to be a part of this college.

Top recruiting companies include RedHat Enterprise Limited, Cisco, and TCS. In my course, top roles include cybersecurity analyst, CISO, etc.

Infrastructure: Lab and classrooms are good. Teachers are very friendly. In our library, many books and journals are available. Research papers are also included in the library. Hostel facilities are good. Wi-Fi is available. The quality of food is also good. The college provides medical facilities.

Faculty: All teachers in our college are qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers are very friendly, and their teaching quality is good. This course is relevant in real life and helps make students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult. In a year, there are 4 class tests and 2 semester exams. The pass percentage is 85.

Other: I chose this course because it is most relevant in real-time nowadays, helping protect digital information from cyber threats and safeguarding organizations. There is 1 annual fest each year called Anandamela.
