CEPT University M.Arch Courses & Fees 2026: Admission Dates, Fee, Selections

 Masters in Housing Design at CEPT University focused on developing expertise in the architectural design of Housing. The programme will primarily focus on preparing architecturally innovative, thoughtful, and contextually sensitive housing designs.  The course also focuses on evolving housing types to reflect the social changes, technology innovations, building regulations, landscape strategies, land efficiency and climate response to inform and strengthen the quality of housing designs in urban areas.

The admission procedure and assessment criteria are the same for national, international, and sponsored candidates until and unless specifically mentioned otherwise. After getting NATA scores, i.e., 80/200, the candidate need to follow ACPC official website for details of admission procedure and to obtain application form for BArch at CEPT University. Candidate shall have passed the qualifying examination with Mathematics or Statistics or Business Mathematics as one of the subjects securing a minimum 50% aggregate all subjects for general category and 45% aggregate for SEBC/SC/ST candidates.

Candidate who are lookig for MArch admission at CEPT University need to meet the pre-defined educational qualifications. The student should pass BArch with 55% aggregate and 50% is for reserved category. However, the selection criteria for the course is merit-based.

A total of 93 BArch students graduated in 2023. Out of these 47 were placed during the 2023 placements. Furthermore, 204 out of 218 MArch students were placed. Apply through the university online application portal. The selection is based on the performance in the entrance exam, such as MAT, CAT, CMAT, and others. Appear in the CEPT entrance exam conducted by the university for admission.

To fill an online application form for all course at CEPT University, candidates must upload a set of documents at the time of registration. Find below the list of documents that are required to upload at the time of filling CEPT University application form:

• Class 10 and Class 12 pass certificate
• JEE/GUJCET pass certificate, if applicable
• Leaving certificate
• Aadhaar card

• The 1st step of UCEED 2026 counseling is online registration. The counseling registration process for UCEED will be conducted starting the 2nd week of March 2026. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance exam and have been assigned a merit rank in UCEED were eligible to participate in the counseling process. 
• The 2nd step is the selection of campuses. Eligible candidates must register for counseling and select their preferred colleges in order of priority during registration.
• In the 3rd step, seat allotment is made. The allotment of seats is as per the merit rank of the candidate in UCEED and the choices selected. Post the allotment of seats, the candidate has to pay the seat acceptance fee and confirm their admission.

CEED 2026 result was announced online on the official website of the exam - ceed.iitb.ac.in. The results were declared on March 04, 2026.

The entire evaluation process for MDes at Computational Design and FAbrication is online. It is mandatory for candidates to appear for all the evaluation stages of the admission process. The evaluation shall be done in two stages. The two stages break up is mentioned in the table below.

Candidates are selected for Master's in Urban Management admission at CEPT University based on their scores in accepted entrance exams. Additionally, Candidates must fill out the basic eligibility criteria. The basic eligibility criteria for MUM is a Bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category candidates) in any stream from and Work experience of five years (on the date of application). After full fill out the candidates need to apply online or the admission.
