The university offers eight Integrated BSc + MSc courses in the full-time mode. The duration of these courses is five years, which is further divided into ten semesters. Candidates successfully completing six semesters of the programme are eligible to exit the programme with a BSc degree. CUSAT admission to Integrated BSc-MSc programme is based on CUSAT CAT score. CUSAT CAT or Cochin University of Science and Technology Common Admission Test is a computer-based test conducted for shortlisting aspirants for admission to various courses. After completion of selection rounds, CUSAT releases a rank list based on total marks secured in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry subjects. A separate rank list is released for selected Integrated BSc-MSc specialisation. Based on the rank list, aspirants are called for counselling and document verification round.
