Q:   Can I get direct admission in DSEU?
A: 

No, candidates looking for course admission cannot enroll for direct admission at DSEU. Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University course admission based on entrance exam scores. The university provides a wide range of programmes in multiple streams such as Engineering, Pharmacy, etc. The university accepts various national-level entrance tests, including JEE Main and CUET.

Q:   Can I get admission in DSEU through CUET scores only?
A:

A: 

The candidate who are looking for after 10 at DSEU can apply for various courses. The candidate need to meet the last educational qualification. However, aspirant need to pass Class 10 or equivalent to apply for after Diploma course at DSEU. The course fee at DSEU is in between INR 31,100 to INR 66,200.

Average campus and placements.
Placements: The placement rate is very low, only about 20%. The highest package offered is 8 LPA, while the lowest is 2 LPA. Companies like Wipro and ThoughtWorks visit, but many students get None. Most roles are just for basic engineering positions. But with training, you get a high salary.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is slow, labs have non-functional PCs, and there's no hostel, mess, or canteen. With better facilities, it can improve a lot. The table is very old.
Faculty: Some teachers at Ambedkar Delhi Skill University, Campus 1, are very good and supportive, while others are average. The curriculum is not fully job-oriented, and exams are more theory-based. With better industry focus, it can truly help students. Some teachers are good, others average. Curriculum isn't fully job-ready, and exams focus more on theory.

Placements: During our college's placement season, Maruti Suzuki, a leading automotive company, regularly visits our campus to recruit talented students. This campus is not good to take admission at that time.
Placements: So, I will steal my experience regarding placement. I am a 6th-semester student in the GB Plant DSEU Okhla III campus. In 5th sem we will be getting placement in various companies, like 30+ companies that shared their Google form, but on campus only 1 company will come to take students. The company is Atlas, but this company will not take in any students, so from my point of view, the placement is not very good on this campus. I will also share my experience with you after completing my diploma. Thanks for your time.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and the campus is still upgrading his building to hitec level in the upgradation period that is completed in 2030. But at that time the campus was dead; the mechanical and automobile workshops are dead now. I am a mechanical student in the 1st and 2nd semesters; the workshop machines are in good and working condition, but after this the campus upgradation starts, and the machines and all shops of the workshop are dead, so you didn't take practical in the workshop.
Faculty: The faculty is below average in my point of view. When I was a new admission on this campus, the faculty was excellent and very knowledgeable. But at that time, all the facilities were transferred to other campuses. In 5th sem we get a new CNC teacher. They taught us only 2 weeks after this; they were transferred to the Aryabhatta campus, and the campus didn't provide us a CNC teacher. We will study this subject online and with some books. The CNC lab has 2 CNC milling machines.
Other: So you want to take admission in this campus. Take my review: this campus is not good for placement and infrastructure; the campus life is very boring, and the faculty is not very familiar to students. And they also increase the fee structure for diplomas and other courses. In my time, my 1st year fee is 14,500, and in 2024, the fee is 35,000 per year and a 1,000 increase in every year. They also took the exam in 2000.

In short, it's worth your fee and time to take admission in Pusa.
Placements: A minimum 7 CGPA is required for students to get placements. The highest package goes to 4.2 LPA. Top companies are L&T and TATA. Roles are site manager and designer. I think 60 to 70% of students get the placement, and our teachers also help us with how to give an interview and pass that.
Infrastructure: In Pusa, a library is available, and it's good. We also play games and have an NCC parade. It's also a nice place to start your sports journey. There is a canteen whose food is, well, not so much good, not bad, it's fine. They provide us with a projector in our class, which helps us to understand more clearly.
Faculty: Our faculty is very good, they help us with every problem, and they take an extra class. Our teachers are very knowledgeable, and they give their full potential to us. They also teach us how to fit into this industry pattern. The semester exam is not too difficult for those who study, but for those who don't, it's hard. Average percentage for passing is 37%.

Best college as per the placement records.
Placements: Almost 80% to 90% of students got placed in top-notch companies. The highest package offered is 5 LPA to 6 LPA, while the lowest is 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Top recruiters are Maruti Suzuki, Aditya Birla, Denso, Yater Power, Kalpatru, etc. Junior engineer is the top role offered.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure ate average. It is one of the old prestigious colleges in Delhi, but the facilities are good enough. All are well escaped and upscale cleared. Hostels are not available in Pusa. The canteen is available. Good quality, just okay. All services are okay.
Faculty: The teachers are well-educated and qualified. They are all supportive, helpful, and also all of them are knowledgeable. The course curriculum designed by the university is also so relevant to the industry. The semester exams are moderate, not so hard and not so easy.
Other: I chose this course in 2022. The best is the placement record. Practice knowledge is the point where I think United has to focus for improvement.

This is my review about our college.
Placements: I am currently pursuing a full-time Diploma in Electronics Engineering. In this course, we study basic electronic components and more. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. After completing the diploma, we can apply for roles such as Junior Engineer in companies like DMRC and the railway sector. Placements for Computer Science Engineering are good, but placements for Electronics Engineering are not good.
Infrastructure: The college is average. Library is available where we can issue books for study. We also have labs such as PCB labs and electrical engineering labs.
Faculty: Most of the teachers have completed their Ph.D. and some teachers hold an M.Tech degree. The faculty is nice and some teachers are very helpful. Exam pattern is 25 marks for internals and 75 marks for externals. Exams are not very difficult. The passing percentage is around 40-45%. For placements, we should maintain at least a 7 CGPA.

Programmes at DSEU are designed to teach skills that are relevant for the job that the student is likely to take up after the completion of the course. The programmes will be practice oriented and the theoretical feature will be taught to help conceptualise the skill that the student is learning.

Q:   How can I take admission to the Diploma programme at DSEU?
A: 

For Diploma programmes at DSEU, candidates are expected to appear for CET (Common Entrance Test) with a minimum eligibility of Class 10 or equivalent with maths as a subject.
For Diploma in Pharmacy, candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics (PCB/ PCM) as subjects.

Q:   Who are eligible to be considered in the Delhi region or outside Delhi region for DSEU admission?
