DRC has taught me one thing, and that is how to be inclusive!
Placements: Daulat Ram College isn't known for placements, and that is why even with a score of 400-500, students get admission here. Not more than 25-30 percent of students find placements from campus here, and that's a really sad part. Even for internships, students have to use platforms like LinkedIn and all to find them on their own, as from the college end, internship opportunities are not provided.
Infrastructure: It is difficult to name one point of college facilities as they are all impressive in their own ways. Hostels, definitely the need of the hour, and our college has built a really good girls' hostel. For sports, a new sports complex has been added, and it is getting bigger and better each year.
Faculty: Top-level professors who teach at DRC have skills, and they know how to teach. I don't think one can be better than that. They have good instincts, and as soon as they realise that students aren't talking interest in the class, they will make the lecture interactive and hence how to be inclusive is what they taught us through that.
Other: The sports complex is the best thing about our college. Ever since boxing has started, many girls have started participating in it.

I would totally recommend it to everyone.
Placements: It has a good placement rate and a very high success rate. I would personally recommend this platform to everyone seeking internships/ jobs.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, and everything are of top-notch quality. Other facilities and infrastructure are also of a great level. The food served is very healthy. We also have a medical room where we can go during an emergency. There is a large ground for sports and games where we usually have our sports classes and different activities.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified with great skills of teaching and are very kind and helpful. The course curriculum is relevant to psychology and philosophy. It makes the students industry-ready, but in a social sense, where we learn more about emotional response, empathetic behaviour, and mental processes of human beings.

Enriching academic experience with amazing campus exposure at DRC.
Placements: Since Sanskrit Honours is a traditional language course, direct corporate placement on campus is limited, but the academic pathways are excellent. Many seniors from our course go on to clear government teaching exams or pursue higher studies in top universities. Some students find roles in research, content writing, and translation work.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well-maintained. It has good classrooms and a vast library. The canteen serves clean and hygienic food.
Faculty: The Sanskrit Department provides training in linguistics, translation, and ancient texts, leading to a career path in teaching and content creation. Faculty members are knowledgeable and helpful towards students. The teaching quality is nice as professors explain everything. Semester exams are moderately challenging but fair if you attend class regularly. Our professors are experienced and ready to help us to clarify our doubts.
Other: The best thing about our college is the vibrant campus life on North Campus. The college fests, cultural events, and extracurricular societies are amazing and offer great exposure. One thing that could be improved is the direct corporate placement opportunities specifically tailored for traditional language courses.

A friendly campus with good placements, faculty and food.
Placements: There are great opportunities to get placed in higher companies from my college like Deloitte, etc. Many such companies come for placements to appoint intellectual talented students from our college. Placements provided are good but depend on the course also.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good. This year, a new buliding was made. The college is working on more new things to develop. About the campus infrastructure based on my experienced of 2 years, is actually good.
Faculty: Faculty members are the best in our college compared to the rest of the DU colleges. Teachers are really nice and friendly. Their way of teaching is really helpful for us. They conduct many activities to make class interactive for better understanding.
Other: Events and campus are really good with environment friendly. It's a women's college, so it is more safe and environment friendly.

I am satisfied with faculty members and it has great crowd.
Placements: Students usually don't get placements from political Science department. Our college does not provide internships for B.A. Hons. Political Science students. There are no internships for our department from the college side. It is not great for placements at all.
Infrastructure: The old building is under renovation right now, but the infrastructure of the new building is great. Data connectivity is not very great, but Wi-Fi is available in library. The college canteen is clean. Food served is also good and prices are also affordable. Hostel is quite good.
Faculty: Teachers in the political Science department are great and helpful. They are quite qualified and very understanding. Faculty members of political Science are quite known for their understanding. Curriulum covers relevant syllabus matters from teacher to teacher.
Other: The college crowd is great. There is no problem. Events take place in the college. The fests held are fine, and the societies are also quite active.

Overall, the college is good, but when compared with others, it seems less capable in every term.
Placements: There are 46 students in total in the third year, and 3–4% of students get internships through my course. A lot of students do not actually take part in internships. The college provides only a few opportunities. There are no well-known companies that offer internships to students at my college.
Infrastructure: My college has good infrastructure, and Wi-Fi is available. Classrooms are spacious. The quality of food in the canteen is also good. There are labs available for Science students. Sports and games are good too. Medical facilities are also available on campus.
Faculty: Teachers in my course are really qualified. The course is mainly important in the long run, such as for pursuing a Ph.D. in Philosophy, because there is not much scope in Philosophy. Semester exams are really difficult in college because we also have to take mid-semester exams.
Other: Events and fests are conducted occasionally in college, and a lot of students participate in them.

Honestly, both DU and LPU have their own advantages, but I'd definitely consider LPU for law. I studied MBA at LPU, and one thing I liked was the overall campus environment, the approachable faculty, and the exposure you get by interacting with people from different backgrounds.
