Overall, college is good, you just need to work hard, as here is a very heavy crowd.
Placements: Mostly, students get placed, and very good companies come here as well, it's just about your hard work. The more you practice, the more you'll benefit. Recently, a company named Mu Sigma offered a package of 40 LPA to 23 students, so the placement opportunities provided by the college are great.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good, the food in the mess is very decent, but it's not that good. The rooms are good and pretty spacious. The campus life is also amazing, you just need to manage the mess. Food items seriously need to be improved, otherwise it's all good, but the canteen remains open till pretty late at night, so there are no issues with that.
Faculty: Faculty and the curriculum are relevant to the industry standards, and the faculty have pretty good knowledge about their subject. They help you as well. Whenever you need them, they are available for you all the time. They are very helpful with respect to that.

Infrastructure is good, but I am dissatisfied with faculty.
Placements: The highest package of Galgotias University in 2025 is 39 LPA. The average package is 5.4 LPA. Overall placement numbers are strong. Specific placement and salary data may vary according to the chosen course or program by students.
Infrastructure: It has good infrastructure with grounds, auditorium, active learning classes, cafeteria, and library. All classes have high-quality Wi-Fi systems by Aruba. It also has medical facilities in C block of the college. Labs are well designed with all the required equipment.
Faculty: Faculty is good and also use the active learning initiative by the college. But there is a problem with South Indian teachers because they do not know English or Hindi well enough to explain. The curriculum is good, but the timing of classes and the timetable should be updated.
Other: The crowd is good, but the college is overcrowded. There are almost always fests, which is good. There are many societies.

Good course and facilities, but overcrowded campus.
Placements: I am a 2nd year B.Tech data analytics student. Placements are average. Around 40-50% of students are placed. The highest package is decent but the average remains low near 2.5 LPA. Only limited companies visit, mostly service-based. Internship opportunities are moderate, and core data-focused roles are comparatively fewer.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good with proper facilities. But hostel students say food quality is poor. Only snacks are somewhat better. The canteen provides better options. Medical facilities are available but not always quickly. There is a new block name AI block which is fully air-conditioned, and its library is very good.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified but sometimes teaching quality is consistent, with less focus on practical. Curriculum needs to be updated for industry relevance. Exams are moderately difficult but often theory-heavy. Pass percentage is high, around 85-90% yet true industry readiness is limited.
Other: The course is good with helpful faculty members, practical labs, and decent campus facilities. Fests and activities are enjoyable. Scholarships are available for students who secure a CGPA of greater than 9.2 with 75% subject-wise attendance. Everything is fine, but the campus crowd is too much.

Great potential at Galgotias.
Placements: Almost 90% of students are placed in companies such as Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Microsoft, Deloitte, and many more. The highest package is 1.5 CPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. 60% of students got internships in our university in the year 2023.
Infrastructure: I live in a PG, so I have no thoughts on the hostel. However, our new tech building for the tech-related courses has smart classrooms with a round table and comfortable cushioned chairs, along with a strong Wi-Fi connection. There are also TVs placed on the front and right-left walls of the classroom for a better view.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but we have to put in effort on our own to understand things better, as teachers have to follow a schedule and can't address every student's doubt. The exams are of a mediocre difficulty and could be a bit more difficult to test students more.
Other: I chose the course because I am interested in the tech and science fields. The best thing about our course is that the future is technology, and tech is something that will only be needed more in the future, not less.

Hi, myself Bhoomi, and I am enjoying my college life.
Placements: 70% of students get placement. The lowest package is 1.6 Lacs, the average is 5 Lacs, and the highest package was 1.5 crore. Top recruiters included Microsoft, Amazon, American Express, Commvault, and many other renowned companies. 50% get internships in the medical, business, and engineering courses. Software development, government and corporate roles, as well as research and academia, were the top roles that students got.
Infrastructure: All classrooms are good and average. There are also classrooms with four big computer screens attached to the four walls to teach the students with round tables. Wi-Fi is available in some classrooms and floors. The hostel is also good, and there is a gym. The cafeteria is huge, and every single thing is available in the cafeteria. The food is average. Medical facilities are good. There is a sports arena where the cricket ground and basketball court are in separate fields.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. The teaching quality is also good, and they communicate well with the respective students. The course curriculum is almost the same as other colleges. There are some classes and subjects to teach students good communication skills and industry knowledge. Semester exams are moderate, with both easy and difficult questions.
Other: I chose the course because I want to become an engineer and earn for myself and my family. I want to build the skills required for the industry. Events are awesome, and the campus crowd is huge. Extracurricular activities are also available, such as sports, singing, dancing, etc.

Absolutely stunning college to get in for a good life.
Placements: The highest package for this branch was 1.5 crores, and the average is 4-5 lacs, which most students get. There are good internships to learn something new and to get a Master's in that field. Companies like TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Airtel, and many more came to Galgotias.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are fully furnished with new technology and with separate charging spots for each student on their desks. Rooms are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is available. Labs are also good. I don't know much about the hostel, but the canteen is our college specialty.
Faculty: All the teachers are highly qualified and professional in their work. They help students a lot. They know everything and explain it in a way that you can easily understand. Exams are set according to your knowledge; they just want to make you smarter.
Other: Because I have goals for this course, my dream is to be a data scientist. Adding more coding to the first-year syllabus would make it even better. Many events and fests are held at the university.

All about Galgotias University in a nutshell.
Placements: About placements, they are average. I would not recommend coming to this college if you are trusting on campus placement. You would need a more than 8.5 CGPA if you wanted to sit on campus. If you have extra-ordinary skills, then you can easily crack placements. But for average students, its hard to get placements here.
Infrastructure: In a hostel, there are small rooms with two beds, two lights, two tables, a chair, a focus light and a notice board. Mess has a great menu and the food is good. There's a sweeet day every alternate day. The registration process is quite simple. Fees for hostel is 1,26,000 per year, including mess.
Faculty: The faculty at our college are Masters from IIT or NIT. Some are really bad, while others are so good. With high-level academic qualifications from reputable institutions, coupled with extensive research and industry exposure, they bring practical relevance to the teaching environment.

Placements: About 70-80 percent of students get placed in the B.Tech CSE course. The highest package for our course is 1.5 crores, with an average package of 7-8 LPA and the lowest package being 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course include Amazon, Flipkart, Accenture, and many more. Many students get internships at our university.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided in our college include two air-conditioned classrooms, one projector, one whiteboard, and many more. There are three libraries in our college. The hostel is very good, but the mess food is very bad. The medical facility is good, and the cafeteria area of our university is excellent, although it is quite expensive.
Faculty: The teachers hold Ph.D.s and exhibit a commendable helping nature. The quality of teaching is excellent. The B.Tech CSE course thoroughly prepares students for employment in major MNCs. The semester exams at our university are notably challenging, requiring a minimum of 35 percent marks to pass.
Other: I chose this course because I aspire to work in major MNCs and technical companies. The university hosts numerous annual events such as Unifest, a freshmen's party, Garba Night, Prarambh, DJ Night, and various promotional events. Additionally, the university offers the UP scholarship exclusively to students from Uttar Pradesh.
