Good College in a budget friendly area.
Placements: All major companies like Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, etc. come to campus drives for both internship and pre placement offers. Most of the students got placed with average salary package of 4 LPA. In my course, MCA, most students got technical and managerial roles, depending on the choice of students.
Infrastructure: All the classes are equipped with smart class and G Scale learning system so that each student gets practical knowledge through the think pair share mode. All the labs are well structured and with good configuration, professors, and desktops. Library is also very advanced with the latest technology.
Faculty: In Galgotias University, all the facilities are highly qualified from top ranked universities and colleges, they teach courses in both practical and theoretical ways so that students can clearly understand and easily understand for everyone who takes classes regularly. The exam pattern is moderate, not very difficult. If any student takes classes properly, then they can achieve a good grade, a minimum 8 CGPA.
Other: I chose this college because of its good infrastructure and well trained faculty members.

Faculty is good and has friendly nature, but don't know what types of questions will come in exam.
Placements: The criteria for student placement is average not too good, but okay.
The lowest package is 2 LPA. Companies like Adventure, Amazon, etc., recruit from the college. There are some extra courses like NPTEL, Cisco, etc. The placement is okay, similar to other colleges.
Infrastructure: The university is good overall. All classrooms have AC and Wi-Fi facility. There is a new building called the This and AI Building, which is absolutely excellent. There is a lot of crowd in the university. There are always ongoing events through which students participate and grow. The infrastructure is good, with Wi-Fi and AC available.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and have a friendly nature, but I don't know what type of questions will come in the exam. But, I’ll tell you that they conduct second-year exams at the start of the second semester, which is not good. Teachers are good. The semester exams are too difficult. It doesn’t matter how many pages you write, it depends on the exact answers, as there is no step marking in Maths.

Placements: 70-75% of students got placed. Here, many students got the highest and the lowest packages. Many top companies like Wipro, Infosys, etc., visit the college. 75% of students get internships from the course. Many students joined reputed companies after completing MCA.
Infrastructure: Labs are good to do lab work. I don't use a hostel but some of my friends use it, so they tell me good things about its facilities. They tell me that the food quality is good. In this hostel, medical and sports are available.
Faculty: In the SCSE department, teachers are good and very helpful in gaining knowledge about the subject. They help us in every situation. Semester exams are not difficult for brilliant students. But for other students like me it is difficult. It makes students industry-ready.

They should improve their management and should call good companies for placements.
Placements: Only sales companies are coming for technical batches. Some companies are there for technical posts. But they require very high academic grades as we can say there are some recessions going on. Big companies are not hiring as much as they do in the past.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. We have happy and positive environment in the college. Sports and co-curricular activities are held so that students can relax and enjoy. College is easy and hostels are good. The security is also good.
Faculty: No one knows when the exams will happen. Teachers are helpful and good. Curriculum is relevant to the course. Some subjects are unnecessary because they are not used in the real world. Semester exams are not difficult, and the pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to have a computer technical degree. Everything is good but they should improve their management. Events and fests are good. Scholarships are provided to those students who are eligible.

College is good if we want to learn and enjoy but for MCA, it is not going to provide you.
Placements: My college has almost 12 sections and each one has 60 students. Placements are not good for MCA batch. If we are trying to pursue MCA, I will say just don't go with it. In my section, no one has been placed yet (Jan 2025). But we will get many chances to sit in the placement drive, only B.Tech and M.Tech batch students get offers later.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. This is one of the best colleges in case of infrastructure in whole NCR. We will get everything top-notch like teachers and labs. Designed labs are also available. Playgrounds and courts are available. Medical facilities, bus convenience, and all are also provided.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and supportive. Internal marks are given easily by professors. But no one knows when the exam will be held. We will get lots of assignments and practicals to do. But before exams, we will easily find the question bank through which all questions will come.
Other: Events and fests are regularly active at the university. There is a lot of crowd and some disturbing elements are always going to ruin our events, especially in local areas, so beware of them.

Placements: Placement percentage is about 60-70% for each batch as per last year results. I am pursuing MCA currently. The highest salary package offered is 42 LPA by Capgemini. The average salary package offered is around 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Samsung, Accenture, Infosys, and many more tech companies. There are lots of internship opportunities at this college such as Samsung internship, PM internship, and many more outside of campus where we can apply for internships.
Infrastructure: The campus is equipped with modern smart classrooms, labs, libraries, and Wi-Fi services. Atmosphere is very vibrant and peaceful. Hostels are available as single occupancy at Rs 1,33,000/- (non-air-conditioned) and double occupancy at Rs 1,55,000/- (air-conditioned) including facilities like gym, indoor gaming court, cafeteria, and mess. Canteen and smart bazaar stores are available on campus.
Faculty: On average, most of the faculty members are good at academic teaching. They are helpful in the discussion. Majority of them are Ph.D. holders and experienced. MCA course curriculum at Galgotias University is well structured, blending theoretical concepts with practical applications. It covers essential subjects like data structure, database management, computer programming, and digital computer organisation. All the subjects are relevant and help us in future respective fields. Apart from that English aptitude classes are also taken in which group discussions, personal interviews, and presentations take place.
Other: I have chosen Galgotias University because of its excellent placement records, industry connections, and academics. The strongest point in academics is lab practical and project achievements which help to maintain our resume. There are lots of cultural events and fests, two of them are major, one is sports fest in October, and another one freshers fest in January. Scholarships are provided based on the graduation grades, and entrance exams such as CUET-PG and IIT JEE offer utpo 10-20% of scholarships.
