You can come to this college only when you don't have any other choice .

Placements: There are very few placements as of now, as the college has just started B.Tech courses. As of now, 7 LPA is the highest package in this college. The companies that come for recruitment are mostly startups, and they offer 2 to 4 LPA on average. So as of now, I would say placements are very poor.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are average and not very good; Wi-Fi works sometimes, and sometimes it does not. The OMR campus is a little small, so you can see the end corners from the starting point. There are turfs, a very good canteen, and a separate eating area called the Green House.

Faculty: Faculty members are not very good, as they just teach using PDFs. Even for programming, you do not code yourself, they just open PDFs and tell you what to do. However, not all faculty members do this, some are good and really helpful. They are also recruiting new teachers who are suitable for teaching engineering students.

Other: I chose this college because my KCET rank is bad, and I am only getting this college. The fest is very good, and you will enjoy it a lot over the 3 days. College life is also quite decent, and passing exams in this college is quite easy.

Our college has a good infrastructure.

Placements: The first batch of B.Tech. at Garden City University was started in 2022. Our placements will be in 2026. They have some assurances regarding internships and placements. They said they will provide internships from the second semester in some service-based companies.

Infrastructure: This university has three branches in B.Tech., i.e., artificial intelligence, data science, and cyber security. It provides free Wi-Fi. Labs are yet to build. Students are said to bring their laptops. This college has a good library with all types of books.

Faculty: This university has good faculty members. The course curriculum is relevant as it includes subjects like operating systems and data communications in our first semester. It will help us in the IT field. The syllabus is vast. Assignments are given on a daily basis.

Very good course curriculum, average placements, great people, and above-average infrastructure.

Placements: Around 75% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered was around 6 LPA, and the average was around 3 LPA. They were mostly small tech companies I had never heard of before. Around 90% of students got internships, as it is mandatory to do an internship in the 6th semester. Mostly, they offered lower-tech roles such as system engineer or developer.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are fine. It has fans and good benches. Canteen is big and has a wide variety. We have a big sitting place too. For sports, we have a badminton court and a pool table. Students can also play cricket and football. Overall, the infrastructure is good, as they provide everything that is necessary.

Faculty: I would say 80% of the teachers are good. They teach us in a very good way. But a few teachers would just come and go by just reading the PDF. The course curriculum is amazing, and they teach exactly what is necessary. It is very good. The exams are easy to pass but hard to score and the passing rate, I would say, is around 85%.

Other: The fest is good, and that's the only thing I enjoy about my college. Apart from my studies, you must be careful outside college because a few local thugs are roaming around.
