The GITAM Vishakhapatnam's efforts toward maintaining a clean and seamless academic environment with the help of state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities, which can promote both learning and innovation. With over 40 departments and interdisciplinary centres, the university offers master's, MPhil, PhD, diploma, and certificate courses across various disciplines. At GITAM Vishakhapatnam, lecture halls have LCD Projectors, interactive boards and audio systems. The Smart classrooms are integrated with online learning platforms. The Seminar halls across schools are ideal spots to conduct academic events, guest lectures and FDPs. The conference halls at each school feature air-conditioned halls with AV systems for faculty and student programs.
The university has an auditorium with a capacity of more than 300 people best to operating workshops, cultural and social events. At the top of it, it also has a convention centre with a total capacity of more than 1200 visitors, often used for Annual Fests, convocations, and seminars inside the campus.

GITAM Vishakhapatnam Library
The GITAM Vishakhapatnam provides library facilities to the students and staff, starting with the introduction of academic programmes. The library activity of GITAM began with setting up a library for the College of Engineering in 1980. This was added by the library of the College of Management Studies in 1988 and the library of GIFT in 1997. The need to centralise the library facility was felt to optimise resource utilisation and maximise user convenience. Accordingly, GITAM management took the bold step of constructing a massive building of architectural excellence with all modern gadgets. The central library was commissioned in 2002 and transformed into the Knowledge Resource Centre. The building was located at the heart of the campus, overlooking the vast expanse of acres. The hillock of Rushikonda, the legendary abode of saints, surrounded by green pastures and the blue ocean, is one of the visual delights in the vast panoramic view from the library.

GITAM University has 4 campuses in Visakhapatnam, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad which are equipped with Wi-Fi, sports, transport facility, library, auditorium, gym, cafeteria, etc. The infrastructure has been designed to facilitate maximum development during student learning. There are many open spaces to allow both students and faculties to conduct extra curricular activities.
GITAM University Vishakhapatnam Campus provides modern amenities with state-of-the-art infrastructure to its UG, PG, and various other course students. The facilities provided by the university include transportation facility, sports, library, auditorium, gym, cafeteria, etc. GITAM University Vishakhapatnam also has a hostel facility for both girls and boys.
GITAM Vishakhapatnam BPharma admissions take place through the GITAM GAT and NEET UG exam. Candidates who want to apply for admission to the BPharma programme should apply for the these entrance exams.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi, classroom and library were excellent. The top infrastructure was being provided, and the facilities were good. The food in the mess was so good and prepared in very hygienic conditions. Rooms were also kept clean.

The college offers a big library and discussion rooms as well. A cricket ground is also provided, along with many other sports like kabaddi, badminton, tennis, table tennis, and many more.

GITAM Deemed to be University Hyderabad has an Anti-Ragging Cell. Hence, the freshers will never meet with this problem while studying in this college.
