Overall, the college is good if you want to spend stress free life with a good job in hand.
Placements: Placements in EEE branch are pretty average with majority of batch reliable to IT companies. Since this year, there were six IT companies in the campus who has recruited a very mass number but when it comes to core companies, those are pretty less having core work profiles. Rest, majority of the core companies that visit are sales based with average package varying from 3LPA to 3.5LPA. Also, if someone is from CS chances are he/she will definitely get placed because there's no dearth of companies in CS branch.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is far better than compare to other campuses situated to even 200-250km of radius (if Delhi NCR region is ignored). There's so much greenery and everything is so sorted. From labs to classrooms (all have AC's installed in) and from hostels to messes, everything is fine and good.
Faculty: Majority of the facilities are from top engineering colleges but their pedagogy is very average. You can't expect much from them and have to follow that same obselete pattern. The course curriculum is also pretty much same from UPTU. The major flaw in the course curriculum is the way in which examinations been conducted. One can easily good marks with minimal efforts. There's no pressure with minimal projects and assignments.
Other: Events is where this college scores the least. There's no campus crowd which you can hangout with. The city lacks very much bachelorhood lifestyle. Everything is so conservative here.

The college in a glance with the student who wants to experience both college and university.
Placements: The college provides nice opportunities but the effort of a student matters. The college puts the effort to bring the company but does not influence getting the students selected. Also, software-based companies are many. Hence, the student should be selective. Companies concentrate on a workforce rather than individual learning and progress. Some companies are good, please be choosy about it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The technical studies are available with all facilities required for studies, and the stage labs need to be upgraded as it's been quite backwards if we compare internationally and tests are also quite outdated which are automated nowadays. Else, there would not be anything that a student might feel lagging in infrastructure. The fest happens with no national exposure merely related to local.
Faculty: The faculty there are quite complicated. Some are egoistic, some are flexible, and some are quite stubborn. Actually, a student has no control over it but respecting is the only option. Try to be good with them, and one should focus on their personal studies rather than relying on them. Hence, please always remember that you need to maintain a healthy relationship.

Good placements in 2017. Satisfied with the faculty. Not satisfied with the curriculum.
Placements: Placement is good. The placement percentage of my senior batch is 90%. Currently, I'm in the final year and I'm placed in India's one of the top companies, Infosys. Till now the highest salary has been offered by Amazon(22 lacs). There are many top companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Kirloskar, Afcon, Ceat Tyres, GKN, etc. which visited the college for placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is excellent. Wi-Fi is provided in every academic block. The labs are equipped with modern equipment. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned. Sports culture of GLA is better than any other university. There are separate coaches for every game. The students participate in various inter-university tournaments. The hostels are very good. Electricity is provided 24 hours and housekeeping service is excellent. The mess food is good in comparison to other universities. Medical facilities are good. A dispensary is available 24*7.
Faculty: The faculty in GLA university is good. There are very experienced faculty members for every stream. They are from NITs and IITs. The course curriculum is fine. There are industrial tours for every stream. The faculty members help in the projects of the students. The curriculum is a bit-loaded.
Other: GLA University has a wide campus of 110 acres. There are many fests and clubs in the university. GLA university also encourages entrepreneur skills through e-cell. Various projects have been sponsored by the university. Sports culture is excellent at the university. The college also provides support to the economically weak students. It is accredited A grade by NAAC.

Good but not the best. If you are a localite, then go for it.
Placements: Not too good, but better than other colleges the in region. So if anyone is a resident of Mathura, then he can go for GLA, otherwise go for colleges of NCR. As my friends are there, I find it quite better. When it was an institute, the placement was quite better.
Infrastructure: Average infrastructure. The hostels are good but the rooms are quite old. There is Wi-Fi available in some parts of the college but not in EC block. Medical facilities are also average. Good sports facilities. The new buildings are extremely good but old are bad.
Faculty: Excellent faculty and good course curriculum. Most of the faculty is from IIT. They have great knowledge of the subject. But some are not too good. The syllabus get updated time to time according to GATE syllabus. Studies are also performed accordingly. The management is very experienced, so no problems in studies.

Felt nice to join the institute. Best institute around its location.
Placements: Placement was good. Around 75% students were placed and around 150 companies visited the campus. The maximum package was 22 Lakhs per annum in a Japanese company. Lowest package was around 1.8LPA. Most of the mass recruiters were called like- Infosys, Wipro, VVDN, Tech Mahindra etc. Around 150 students were placed in Infosys, 90 in VVDN & 50 in Wipro.
Infrastructure: College is well furnished with all the facilities. There are AC hostels, No profit- no loss mess with good quality of food. Food quality was much much better than the quality of others mess. LAN speed in hostels was fabulous. There are around 12 boys hostels each not more than 3 floors with 4 playing grounds. There are around 5 girls hostels. Boys get single seater room at very cheap fees which is very good in terms of privacy. Boys hostel rooms are big and airy. Mopping is done on the regular basis. All classrooms/ Labs are Air Conditioned. The medical facility is good. Most of the normal medicines are available in college itself. Ambulance service is available 24x7. College infrastructure is getting better day by day. Library is awesome.
Faculty: The faculty is supportive and has good command in the subject. Many faculties are from IITs, IIMs, and NITs. All the faculty is post graduated. The faculty is supportive and try to answer most of the questions. A section has maximum 60 students per lecture so Student to faculty ratio is 60:1. I was placed in the third year of my college in VVDN technologies and got good industry exposure. Still working in the same company since last one and a half year.
Other: If your attendance is not 75 percent, you'll be detained in that subject. In this case, you'll have to repeat the whole subject in summer classes. Pay 5000 each subject, around 5000 for hostel fees in summer that too in hot weather. Never get detained, never ever.
