GLA University is one of India's best universities.
Placements: Percentage of placed students is very good. Approximately 90% students are placed by this university. Highest salary package offered is 55 LPA. There are many companies that offer students of this university a good package. There are 70% students who got internships in MNCs.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities that the university provides us, such as Wi-Fi service with a high-speed network and a good connection. And hostel facilities are awesome and provide all services and good quality of food. And at the university, the medical service is also available for students.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly with students and have a not-too-hard nature. And they cooperate with students to achieve their goals and make students perfect in all fields for future. Semester exams are not too difficult for students. If students are preparing for an exam, then they will easily pass exam.
Other: There is a lot of information about the university. It provides many courses that are a choice for students. I am pursuing a BCA from this university, and it is in the field of the IT sector. And it provides more opportunities to achieve placement. And this course is in demand and trending.

Additionally, companies like Amazon, KPIT, and TVS also participate in the recruitment drive. 70% of students are placed in our course. Highest salary package offered in our course is 12.8 LPA. Lowest salary package offered in our course is 2.5 LPA. And average package offered in our course is 4 LPA. 30 % of students got internships from our course in various companies like WebMobril, CloudAnalogy.
Infrastructure: Our department provides SMART classrooms, advanced labs, a comprehensive library, and comfortable hostel accommodation. Campus also provides strong IT infrastructure, including WI-FI, and a range of recreational facilities. Hostels offer generally clean, with decent mess food that is hygienic and affordable. Various types of rooms are provided, like single and double. Electricity is available 24/7.

Environment is not good. Placement depends upon CPI. Infrastructure is good. Sports are good.
Placements: The percentage of students who get placed is more than 45%. But there are students who got jobs in sales and marketing fields. The highest package ranges from 6-7 LPA, and the lowest package ranges from 2.5-3 LPA. Capgemini, Wipro, and LTIMidtree are the top recruiting companies for our course. No internships are provided. Roles like web development and sales executive are offered here.
Infrastructure: Labs are good, and there are persons who take care of all computers. The library has good air-conditioning and books are provided for many courses. Classroom are also good. Good hostels and all facilities are available. Every sport has a coach with good skills.
Faculty: Few teachers are so helpful and few are so bad. Few are full of attitude and they don't listen to students problems. They teach us good subjects. They try to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not so hard but more than 10- 20% of students fail in exams. For re-exams, we have to pay Rs. 3,000-5,000.

Well-structured BCA program with good campus life, but needs more industry exposure.
Placements: 70% of students got placed from my course. The highest package of BCA is 6 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Accenture, and TCS.
Infrastructure: The BCA department has smart classrooms, computer labs with Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked library. Hostels are decent with basic amenities. Mess food is average, and the canteen is better. A medical room is available. There are good sports facilities and events on campus. Our department is well-equipped with modern facilities to support both academic and practical learning. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with smart boards and projectors, ensuring an interactive learning environment. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus, including in classrooms, labs, the library, and hostels.
Other: I chose BCA because of my interest in computers, programming, and technology. I wanted a course that focused on software development, coding, and IT fundamentals without needing to do engineering. BCA offers a solid foundation in both theory and practical skills, and it opens up great career opportunities in the IT industry or for further studies like MCA or MBA.

Good if you want to study hard without any dependence on college.
Placements: Placement recruiters come to college, but not every student gets placed; it depends on you to secure placements. The average placement is around 4 lakhs per annum for most students, but you have to prepare hard enough because there are more than 750 students in the 2nd year in 2024.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are Wi-Fi enabled and big enough to fit 70 students. Labs are also good and Wi-Fi enabled for high-speed internet. Classrooms are well-equipped with air conditioning in every class, and a projector is also available. Wearing an ID card is mandatory for 2nd year.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and are pursuing PhDs, while some of them have already completed their PhDs. Some teachers are good at teaching, but some are not, just like in every college. The university organizes two exams per semester: the first mid-term of 30 marks and the end-term of 50 marks, and you have to qualify with specific criteria.
Other: I chose this course because I did not want to study physics and chemistry anymore.
