    Decoding graphic era's standards.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed in my course. Top recruiting companies in my college are Adobe, Tech Mahindra, Samsung, Amazon, HDFC Bank, IBM, WIPRO, and ITC Limited. Highest Package offered in the last batch was 54.03 LPA, and median package was 6.45 LPA. Everyone got an internship from my course, it could be from a university or from outside source also.
Infrastructure: The class size of my batch is 75 Students (Computer Science engineering ), and the batch size is approximately 1,200 students. University provides us with good infrastructure as well as the food quality is also good. They do provide Wi-Fi in the whole campus, but the usage is limited per student in the hostel premises. We have a well-maintained lab where, on a regular basis, classes take place.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and also qualified as per our curriculum. Faculty use different methods to teach us. Sometimes they use PowerPoint presentations, and very often it is pictorial. I am pursuing Computer Science engineering, so it is relevant in the current scenario. With the advent of Artificial Intelligence, the course would be in demand.
Other: I chose this course because I had a keen interest in coding and learning more about computer Science. Best thing about my course is that it makes us market-ready. Every 2 months, the fest takes place. Campus crowd is too good, a lot of students are local only.

    Know more about Graphic Era.
Placements: Hey, so currently I am about to start my 2 years. But I will help you with the information I know so far. The highest package is 61.99 LPA, and other high packages are also, 56 LPA, 52 LPA, 32 LPA, and many more. I am not sure about the least package but the average package is around 6 LPA. Around 70-90% of students are placed. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Google, Adobe, Samsung, and many other top and average MNCs. Top roles offered are software engineer, developer, etc. 85-90% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Honestly saying, the infrastructure is very nice. It's all nature around stress, plants, and flowers. It is built in such a way that is serene. If ever you feel like you are heavy, you can go to campus as the refreshing air helps you feel relaxed. Classrooms are also great and clean. It has good benches and projector in every classroom. Labs are also nice. Library is also nice and all books are available. Hostel also has nice facilities. Our rooms get cleaned every single day. Water facility is nice and so is food. There are 4 canteens and 3 tuckshops. Medical and sports facilities are also nice in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, they will help you even in non-college hours. They are all well-qualified from good colleges. The course curriculum is relevant, and students are getting placed with high packages which is a solid point that proves. The exams conducted in college, according to me, are average to difficult. It will depend on to student, I guess. Pass percentage is 33%.
Other: Additionally, the things that I would like to tell is that from outside or in social life it may seem like that fests are performed more frequently (this is something that I thought) but in actual the college is focused on academic and other curriculum that will support students to ace in their future professions. There is scholarship available for girls, which has 10%, military related too. Most importantly, if you have performed nice in your 12 or JEE Main it will give you a huge amount of scholarship. I got Rs 1,50,000 scholarship only from academic and also by other criteria.

Placements are not satisfying. Faculties are great. Infrastructure is not that good.
Placements: Placements are not very good because of the recession, as said nowadays by every college but better than other colleges that are nearby. We can not say it is the best college for placements but it is better than many government colleges, which nowadays have failed to give placements to their students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not very good, to be honest, because college is not huge; it has a very small campus. The hostels are not entirely inside the campus; some are outside the campus and only 2 hostels, one boy and one girl, are inside the campus. The playground is not even big.
Faculty: Faculties are great and some are even on the list of the top 30 faculties in India. Even in the projects we make during the 3rd semester, they put all their efforts so that they can help us to build something innovative. Our exams are conducted two times per semester: one is midterm and the second is end semester.
Other: Decent college to give placements but not very good because it is a private college. You will not get a very competitive environment but if you want to do something out of the box, the college will help you with funds and will be flexible towards the attendance criteria.

It is the best college in Dehradun.
Placements: 100% placement guarantee through campus placement. The highest salary package offered is 84 lakhs per annum, while the lowest is 5 lakhs per annum. Companies like Flipkart, Microsoft, and Amazon frequently visit for recruitment. The college also has a 100% internship placement rate. It is one of the best colleges in Dehradun.
Infrastructure: The college has a Wi-Fi connection and high-tech labs. The library is well-stocked with books related to your course. Hostel facilities are available on campus, and the campus food is very hygienically prepared in the mess and canteen. They provide medical and sports facilities within the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are very highly educated. They also have a friendly and supportive nature. They all are ready to help us in every situation. The difficulty level of the semester exam is average. If you study then you will pass it very easily 85 to 95%.
Other: Crowded areas, events, and festivals are also organized by the university whose name is Grafeat. It is one of the best and the biggest fests of the Dehradun.

Neutral for this college, dissatisfied with college placement.
Placements: The university has a placement cell. Companies that visited the campus are: Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, Visa, DE Shaw, Teach Mahindra, think 41, Coforge, NAB, Samsung, Cognizant, and many more. Study on your own from Strive and CodestorywithMik (on YouTube) for placements from the first year onwards.
Infrastructure: Marina Hostel (for girls) has great rooms while other hostels are old but they are still good. The academics consist of 2 semesters in a year. The infrastructure is great with a great ambience. There is so much greenery. Every department has its building. It also has a gym and game area, which has table tennis and carrom. The game area also has a snack shop facility there. The university has two cafes and one canteen with 3 stuck shops. Stationery shops and medical facilities are also there.
Faculty: Each semester has 2 exams I. e. sem and end sem. The academic for B.Teach is mid-level. They teach less and expect more from you, which happens in every university as the university is all about self-studies. Search for things on your own if you want placement while studying. Focus on their teaching only for exams only. Exam papers will come only from where they teach you. Previous year papers will solely help you in getting a CGPA of 9+.

Experience of B.Tech undergrad at Graphic Era (Deemed to be) University (2025).
Placements: The placement season has just begun for our batch. We got a few companies like Accenture, TCS, Infosys, HSBC, Hitachi, Tech Mahindra, etc. But they offer lower packages. The salary package offered is around 3 LPA - 10 LPA. I heard that this is the first phase of the placement drive and we can expect higher packages in the next phase. But I don't know if that's true or not. Only two companies visited the college and provided a salary package of 11 LPA and 15 LPA. Their hiring percentage is quite low. Hardly 2-3 students in a crowd of thousands get placed. Roles are good. They are quite related and efficient based on our course. Our college does not help students to get internships. It does not invite any companies or help in any other way. However, now I am in my final year, and recently, we encountered two small startups visiting the college this year to recruit third-year students for internships. So, if this continues, it would be good.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is very poor. Labs and classrooms are average. We can't say that it is difficult to sit in labs or classrooms as they are fine. I am not a hosteler, but many friends stay there. The quality of facilities and the food available are average. Nobody had any bad experiences. The mess and canteens are good. Some students enjoy the food. It is very hygienic and tasty. I haven't seen any crucial medical needs around the college, but it is good as there is a medical clinic and an ambulance for the worst cases present on the campus at all times. If girls are looking for help during those days, it is unfortunate not there. They have to visit some other medical shops outside of the campus. I know because I faced this issue.
Faculty: A few teachers are quite good, but others aren't. They are qualified and knowledgeable, but there's a way of behaving with students. It matters, and some of them are ruining that image. The course curriculum is decent I would say, never really paid attention to that except for a few of the important subjects that are crucial for interviews. Our main goal is to just pass those exams. I would suggest everyone just get hold of these important subjects because in the end (during interviews), students' knowledge of these few subjects matters. A student with a 6.5 or 7 CGPA is eligible for the same placements, companies, and packages as a student with having 9 or 9.5 CGPA. It's just a game of skills and not marks. I would recommend maintaining an average of 8.5 CGPA. It would bring everything for students, and they don't have to worry about scoring low marks. Students should not run after marks or percentages. They have to work on their skills. Semester exams are at a medium level. Students start studying a day or two days before exams and pass them all. I don't exactly know the pass percentage. There's a system of having backlogs, which means students who fail. But students get another chance to reappear for those papers in the next semesters, and they can clear them. However, students should try not to get backlogs because an active backlog at the time of placement can hinder an opportunity.
Other: I chose this course because it provides great salary packages. B.Tech offers quite good packages. I can't say as of now how is it going, but my expectations are definitely higher. I would say the course is good but choosing a better college would be a good option. However, the fest named Graphest is exceptionally great. Students enjoy it thoroughly. It is simply awesome. I think sports or extracurricular activities are something that should be more worked on.
