Our college has a beautiful infrastructure, surrounded by clouds and mountain ranges.

Placements: There are many placements. It offers better companies. Students are placed in top companies like Adobe, Google, Microsoft, Accenture, TCS, etc. The average package is around 7 LPA-8 LPA.

Infrastructure: Each course has a different building, including a library, sports complex, recreational halls, and more. The college is surrounded by beautiful mountain ranges. Mussoorie is 45 minutes apart. There are many recreational places.

Faculty: Faculty members are very cooperative. They try to help every student accordingly. They show the right path. They have a friendly nature. They give their best in teaching as well as supporting us during our tough times. We can ask our doubts whenever we want. They will help us out. The course curriculum is absolutely relevant. 50% of the preparation for GATE is done in the class itself.

Other: Gra Fest is one of the best fests among the universities in Dehradun. Students are friendly and supportive. Ragging is strictly prohibited. We never saw a single case there.

College helps transform dreams into reality. Good placements, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: In 2018, the highest salary package offered by HSBC was 12 LPA, and the highest salary package offered by Whatflix was 10 LPA. Byju's has offered a salary package of 9 LPA, and a company named Real Happiness has offered a salary package of 7.20 LPA. Also, Drishti software has offered a salary package of 6.60 LPA, TCS has offered a salary package of 6.33 LPA, and Paytm has offered a salary package of 6 LPA. Some students were placed in PSUs like IOCL, BARC, ISRO, HPCL, ONGC, and Indian Railways, etc. Almost 500 companies have visited our college and recruited nearly 19,000 students since 2006. From 2017 to 2018, almost 300 companies visited Graphic Era and recruited nearly 2,700 students.

Infrastructure: Our department has state-of-the-art lecture theatres, conference halls and well-equipped labs. Our college has crude oil samples and reservoir and simulation software like Roxar-RMS, CGG-Power log, ERDAS, GeoMedia, and Interactive Petrophysics, etc., which worth millions of dollars. The college provides separate hostel and mess facilities for both boys and girls within the campus. They are well-designed and well-equipped with modern, hygienic and mechanised kitchens. The college provides 24 hours electricity and water supply in the hostels. First-aid facilities are also provided. The hostel rooms are airy and well- furnished. The college provides 24 hours security with armed guards. Laundry facilities are also provided.

Faculty: Many of our professors have spent years working within the industries. Although they are teaching us, many of them still practice to provide guidance and bring expertise to their teaching. There is a talented team of academicians with many achievements to celebrate. Faculty members have rich teaching experience.

If taking Computer Science as your profession, this is the best college in Uttarakhand.

Placements: Last year placement was on an average scale but computer Science branch have good number of placements. Specially, for Petroleum branch last year no company visited the campus. But this year, two companies are coming like Haliburton because of the New faculty members which are Ex-executive Directors of ONGC. Each student is provided with internships programme.

Infrastructure: Facilities given us as per our fees is quite satisfactory. Specially the hostel mess food is good. The buildings of ure campus have all the comforts including the hostels. There are four canteens and one recreational buliding for all indoor games and gym. College is fully Wi-Fi connections.

Faculty: The faculty members of our campus is highly qualified from various IITs. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holder. We also have industry professionals to guide us how to grab the job. Petroleum Engineering department syllabus is totally based on GATE point of view. We get industrial visits every semester.

Other: Each year there is a annual fest called Grafest is organised in the college. Various celebrities came to entertain us. Other events also organised in the campus such as coding, quizzes, fun events etc.

Satisfied with the placements, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placement percentage on the campus is 95%. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA, and the average was 3 LPA. Students get an opportunity to learn more through the internship, industrial training, and workshops. Mechanical engineering students can get the opportunity to work with TATA company. Computer engineering and information technology students can also learn through workshops.

Infrastructure: The college has a good and advanced infrastructure. Games and sports have good facilities. The whole campus is enabled with free Wi-Fi facility. Medical facilities available on the campus are good, and the quality of labs and classrooms is good. There are transport facilities for the students on the campus. There is a separate hostel for both boys and girls. Many canteens are available on the campus.

Faculty: The faculty members on the campus are good, helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is good and helpful to get good jobs. Good college specially for computer science students.

Placements: Our batch is the first batch of petroleum in Graphic Era, and that's why the placement was not good. No core company was available for us. Only two to four students were placed but not in the core companies. The most visited companies for placements were for CS and IT students.

Infrastructure: It has one of the best infrastructures amongst the colleges in Dehradun and nearby region. Medical facilities were good. Sport and games were played regularly with good coaches. Tournaments are set up in every semester. The labs were good and necessary equipment was available.

Faculty: Faculty members were very supportive and strict too. All the teachers were very qualified. Their way of teaching was easy to understand. The student-faculty ratio was 25:1. No industry exposure was there for us other than 2-3 field visits in OnGC and IOCL.

Dissatisfied with placements of branches other than CS and IT.

Placements: There are no campus placements for our batch in the college. Only 3 students were placed in CGI via pool campus in 2013-17 batch. The package was about 5.35 lacs per annum, but this college has better placements in CS and IT sector. The highest package till date was from CS of 12 lacs per annum, and the average package was 3.35 lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good with good gardens all around the campus. The library and Labs are well furnished, good hostel, but the campus boys hostel and Sai boys hostel's mess food***, they are the worst among all hostels. The facilities and securities for all hostels are good, but Wi-Fi speed in hostels are very slow.

Faculty: If I talk about the faculty of the college, some faculty are good, they are dedicated and helpful to students, but the faculty and staff member who graduated from here only have unwanted attitude, full of ego, and showoff. They are just bluffing with the future of students, especially in CS department. If a faculty wants to grow here, he must be good in bootlicking the higher officials. If you are good and dedicated faculty, they will use you like a servant.

Other: Graphic Era is famous for its DJ nights, Grafest, fashion show, and Kavi Sammelan. The campus is good in organising cultural events rather than spending in workshops or industrial tours.

Excellent infrastructure and facilities, faculties. But last year placement was average.

Placements: Graphic Era University has an excellent training and placement cell. They work the whole year to invite suitable companies for recruitment and fulfill the dreams of the students. Sometimes, most of the students get placement in 3rd year. But the petroleum branch placement was not good there. Most excellent placement is of cs-it branch each year. Last year the highest package was 10 lacs. And the average package was 3 lacs. If I talk about internship, out of all btech students, 50% students get an internship.

Infrastructure: I don't think any other university in Dehradun except University of Petroleum Energy Studies has a beautiful as well as big infrastructure like Graphic Era University. Fully campus covered by wifi. Digital labs, new and clean classrooms, all required labs, big library, medical facilities (a permanent doctor available 24*7). GEU gives equal priority to sports. Food in the canteen is ok. not good not bad. Hostel rooms are in a good condition.

Faculty: The faculty is too knowledgeable, all faculty members are PhD/M.Tech holders from IIT or other top colleges of India. I felt during my engineering that if a student is hard worker/serious for his study, then faculty helps them out in every step. The teaching methods can be in whiteboard, projector. The faculty-student ratio is around 1:25. Every semester/year, field is visit conducted by each department.

Other: I feel GEU comes in top universities of Dehradun. If I talk about the anuual fest, no university/college celebrates its fest like GEU. All big celebrities come to GEU. And one more good thing- you don't have to go here and there for getting permission to organise any event or any function, because you will easily get permission for that. GEU supports each student who wants to do something.

Other: It is the best college in Uttarakhand with the best faculties and a good ambience. The way of teaching is outstanding. The college has lots of international collaborations. As far as the placements are concerned, we get the best placements in reputed companies. The campus life is outstanding and there are many cultural activities conducted to get the best out of a student. The sports activities let the students showcase their skills. Every year, there is a fest organised by the college to grab the attention of students.
