It has a strong faculty. infrastructure and decent placement opportunities with high packages.
Placements: In our college, almost 40 to 45 percent of students get placed from my course (AI/ML). The highest package offered is 50 LPA this year. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. The top recruiting company that gives a high package are Google and Microsoft. Almost 30 to 35 percent of students get internships.
Infrastructure: My college has Wi-Fi, but it has a data limit of 300 or 400 MB. Labs are very good, but some are bad. Almost every lab has good computers. Facilities of the hostel are based on hostel room price, like AC, non-AC, double AC, etc. The food served is pretty average. It has very good space for sports and games, but it still gets crowded.
Faculty: Almost all teachers are helpful. They are PhD holders. They are knowledgeable and qualified to teach. In the course curriculum, there are a lot of subjects that are irrelevant. Semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage in semester exams is 40 percent. In my college, faculty members are very good in terms of teaching. A lot of teachers are good and friendly with students.
Other: I chose B.Tech. (Hons.) with artificial intelligence because AI growth in the tech field fascinated me. I wish my course had more relevant subjects instead of irrelevant subjects like healthy subjects, etc.
