The campus is very beautiful and well maintained.

Placements: I am pursuing a Bachelor’s in Psychology. In my class, there are only 12 students. The placement facilities are not satisfactory. In my course, there isn’t a dedicated placement facility. However, there are various job opportunities available, such as assistant professor and guest faculty roles.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice, and the library facilities are also available. Hostels are well-managed, and the bus services are good. Sports, NSS, and NCC are also available. Hostels are allocated based on percentage. Food is satisfactory, and hygiene is maintained.

Faculty: Teachers are very well-educated. Classes are regular, and the exam conduct is also good. Semester exams are not too difficult; they are structured so that everyone can pass. The pass percentage is 33%. There are two semesters every year, and there is a different curriculum for each semester.

Other: I love Psychology, and I chose it because of my interest in the subject. I wish there were more facilities for internships and practical knowledge. Festivals and events are also conducted regularly.

The university campus is soo beautiful and clean. Hostels are very close to the campus, beautiful.

Placements: In my course, Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, there were no offers of placements in any company and also there were no such thing as an internship provided by the university in my specific course of Psychology. I also had English Literature and in that also there was no package or internship after the course.

Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is good and it’s maintained by the wardens from time to time. Wardens get the broken things fixed in time. The mess where we eat is good and the chefs are managed by the warden. Food is just fine, as everyone knows about hostel food. Infrastructure of hostel and college is decent, not even bad but good. Wi-Fi is also available in hostels but its stability is a problem. Library is good. Labs are clean and decent. Classrooms are big. We have an open gym for students. There is a government hospital a few kilometers away.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, obviously qualified since it’s a central university, and very knowledgeable. They teach really good and answer all our doubts. The course curriculum is nice; there are many projects being done for students to give them needed exposure. The exams are difficult, which pushes us to study even harder.

Review of Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University [HNBGU].

Placements: Our college has a placement cell. Many companies visit our college to recruit students. Top recruiting companies are Byju's, etc. They offer placements for professional courses like B.Tech, B. Pharma, BCA, MCA, etc. They have options like Azim Premji Foundation for other PG courses.

Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Our college has 2 campuses, Birla and Chauras. They are spacious. They provide various facilities like a gymnasium, a library, a canteen, an activity center, etc. There are well-equipped labs in each department, along with meeting rooms, smart boards, etc. Classrooms are spacious, with some lectures being held in the main buildings with lecture halls and some in the departments, according to the number of students enrolled. The library has books related to each subject. There are plenty of study materials for competitive exams. There is a reading room next to the library which is open till 8 pm. I was allotted the BJJR hostel which is opposite the library on the Birla campus. There are 18 rooms in our hostel. Around 2 students can stay in each room. They provide a bed, chair, cupboard, etc. Sports items are provided to the students by the hostel management. Our college has a common room. It has a television. A first aid kid is always available in our college. Around 2 hospitals are available nearby our college in case of an emergency. The food served in the mess is average. Students are allowed to decide on a common menu through a discussion. There are regular meetings between the students and the person in charge of the mess to discuss any changes in the menu, food quality, etc.

Faculty: Our faculty members are well-qualified and well-experienced. They are always available to help us. They clear our doubts. They conduct demonstrations, practicals, and discussions, along with notes and other materials. They conduct regular assessments and internal exams. They provide good education. Students can easily clear their semester exams with a good percentage. Semester exams are not much difficult. We have to cover all the topics from the course.

Other: I opted for this course because it provides good knowledge about various aspects of the mind and behavior. It also changes you in a very positive way. The best thing about our course is the content. All the topics covered in psychology are engaging. They conduct many practicals. It is a good course. If someone is planning to study psychology, then I would recommend opting for this course. Many events and fests are held in our college. Freshers' welcome and seniors' farewell celebrations are conducted by our departments. Students gather to celebrate it together. Various competitions, seminars, and meets are conducted frequently. Students are encouraged to participate in inter-university competitions. The campus is always crowded. The students are friendly.
