Review of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science.
Placements: More than 50% of students op for higher studies and around 30% of students chose their family business. But many companies will come to recruitment. Internships are not compulsory due to covid. They have quality faculty members for every subject. Zoho and TCS are some of the prime recruiters in this college.
Infrastructure: They have good classrooms, a library, and laboratories. The hostel is very expensive and good. The food menu includes both Tamil and Telugu menus. In the hostel, students have Wi-Fi, gyms, a tennis court, etc.
Faculty: They have quality faculty members who can teach real industry situations. Semester exams are difficult and strict with a pass percentage of 50%. They have a good syllabus for making students industry-ready. Sometimes teachers even help their students to get placed with their experience in the industry.
Other: The culture is one of the best experiences at this college.

The college has good packages for Bachelors but very average in general.
Placements: About 80% of students were placed in major business firms such as Infosys, Accenture, Honda, and many others. There were a lot of placement options in this college, and unless you have any arrears, you will receive excellent placements. The average salary package offered about 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of hostels in our college is good but not sufficient for the amount we pay. The college needs to improve a lot.
Faculty: All the faculty members of our college are very friendly and very helpful but when necessary, they are very strict. The curriculum is well-structured and up-to-date. In addition, it includes a one-month internship programme in the 6th semester which is mandatory for each student, as well as the submission of a research study.
Other: There are numerous sports and cultural events taking place in our college. We have horseback riding, which is the most interesting part of the college. There are many cultural events, and it is open to all who want to participate. There is no discrimination. The placement cell also conducts many events like how to improve our CV.

Students are experiencing the Shortage of faculties.
Placements: Around 90 percent were placed and got the highest salary package of 2.5lakhs per annum and the lowest package of 1.5lakhs. Companies like McKinsey, Sutherlands came for recruitment. Aptitude, Group discussion and HR interview were the selection procedure.
Infrastructure: Canteen and library facilities are good and sufficient. Labs are equipped well. Moderate sanitation facilities, good medical attention and more encouragement to sports are done. Food in the hostel mess didn't work out for north Indians but there are restaurants available for them nearby the campus.
Faculty: Course curriculum covered all the basics of management in every possible domain. Faculty members were informative and approachable. The syllabus are well framed, updated and everything is covered. It also includes 1 month internship programme in the sixth semester with a submission of research project.

An average college with decent facilities.
Placements: Not sure about the percentage but good number of students got placement. The highest package was 2.75L and average was 2.3L & the lowest was 1.75L were offered. The top recruitment companies were McKinsey, TCS, Capgemini. Associate and business analyst & presentation management were the roles offered by these companies.
Infrastructure: We had decent library, classrooms okayish for a Arts & Science College, There is also a snooker room but students aren't allowed, don't know why is it there then. Coming to the quality of facilities the hostel food is pretty bad compared to the canteen. Canteen food is decent but limited menu. Sports is good.
Faculty: Staff was pretty good and knowledgeable. Although unhappy with the teaching methodology. Like most of the staff don't consider on how to make a student understand. On their perspective, they teach and go. The HOD is very helpful and a really great tutor also. Course is relevant and does make us ready for the industry. Like there are 4 subjects which they focus on which is Finance, Advertising, Marketing & Salesmanship and Business management.
Other: The curriculum is good & some staff makes class quite interesting. Learnt Tally and received certificate too. Basically in the teachings. I wish they gave more interactive n fun activities related to assignments so students just don't get rid of it quick and actually find it interesting. Event management is quite good but fests can be bit more fun.

Hindustan University- Big, open and cozy
Placements: The placements usually don't happen much for management students as there are more companies coming in looking for engineering students than management students and the ones that come for placements do not give a good package or job description. They need to pull in a lot more companies to recruit and place students. This will be possible by being a lot more strict in screening.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is just awesome and they use the most of it. There is a good speed Wi-Fi. Labs are well-equipped and classrooms are well-ventilated. The library is the best of all with the best collection. Sports are the main importance in the college and they have good facilities for the same.
Faculty: The faculty team is easily approachable and helpful, the curriculum is just about right but needs more practical classes and methods. The teachers at more than qualified to take the classes that they take. Industry exposure for most of the branches is lower than a few. The course curriculum has definitely helped me in my workplace.
Other: The college is green and cozy. The ambience is great and it's worth travelling all the way from the city to the college. There are some things that anyone wouldn't like for a fact such as no phones allowed on the campus and class hours are just mad and crazy but it is good to an extent. There is a lot of open space that is very useful to all students. We are allowed to express ourselves in all kinds of ways such as music, art, dance and other aspects.
