IK Gujral University follows a fee refund policy in case of cancellation of admission. In case a student withdraws his/ her seat before the start of the course, his/ her total fee is
refunded after deduction of INR 1,000 only.

In case a student surrenders his/ her seat after the beginning of the course and before /on last date of admission to that course, he/she get fee with proportionate deduction of
total monthly fee (full fee including development and other charges) and proportionate total hostel rent (all charges).

In case a student withdraws his /her seat after the last date of admission to that course, he /she does not get any refund.

Yes, I.K. GPTU does offer some scholarships to its students. The students at the university can apply to the below scholarship at the official website. The candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying to the same, as the scholarships are offered to the candidates meeting the eligibility requirements. Scholarships offered are:

• Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for SC / ST / OBC

Candidates can also apply to national-level scholarships offered by the government as the same is also accepted at IKGPTU.

IK Gujral Punjab Technical University offers scholarships to meritorious and financially-weak students. Aspirants pursuing a course from the university can apply for the scholarship. Below is the criteria:

• Top 10% of students enrolled under same batch for all disciplines/ streams are offered scholarships of 50% of the tuition fee
• Next 20% students Top 10% of students admitted under same batch for all disciplines are offered scholarships of 25% of the tuition fee
