Placements: The Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing IIITDM Jabalpur has demonstrated commendable placements in recent years. In Mechanical Engineering, 70-80% of students are placed, and mass recruiters are Bajaj Auto, Cummins India, and BEL, like companies with offered 12 LPA average.
Infrastructure: The Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing IIITDM Jabalpur has better infrastructure than private colleges. Everything is provided on our college campus like Wi-Fi, Smart labs, Smart classrooms, and a library, at an affordable fee.
Faculty: The Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing IIITDM Jabalpur has teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some courses are from outside India, and professors are also hired from outside India. All teaching is in English. The curriculum is hard whole day classes and labs ongoing.

The college experience is good.
Placements: The placement in this college is average for the mechanical branch, but for CSE and ECE, the placements are good. Companies like Google and Amazon visit the campus, but it depends on the skills you have. CGPA matters, but if you are good enough in your skills, you can get good opportunities at this college. The coding culture in this college is very good.
Infrastructure: Labs are good, and all the equipment is needed for experiments. The mess food offers both non-veg and veg options, and food quality is average. The best part about the mess is that it has a facility for fast food, which is good. The worst part is the hostel, as the infrastructure is good, but the availability of the network is poor. It does not have Wi-Fi, but it has LAN in each room with a speed of 200 Mbps. However, the problem with the LAN is that it sometimes disconnects and stays down for a long time.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good, and Teachers are knowledgeable enough. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are very tough, as students who come to the college are JEE clear, so the competition is tough. However, it has relative grading, which makes it easier for students to pass exams. The passing marks of the semester depend on the professor's paper. Sometimes, the whole batch gets a grade in binary, 0, and 1.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty and overall placements are good.
Placements: 50% of the students are placed in my course.
34 LPA, 8 LPA, and 12 LPA are the highest, lowest and average packages, respectively. Amazon, American Express, TCS, etc. are the top recruiters
20 to 30 percent got internships at core companies. I don't understand the questions properly. I think the top roles offered in my course are related to cyber security.
Infrastructure: 24*7 Wi-Fi is there; the infrastructure is quite good in labs and classrooms; and the library is also too good. The food is average. The hostel has average facilities, but the canteen and medical facilities are excellent. You can also leave mess and take food from the canteen.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good and teachers are qualified. Exams are average, and the pass percentage is good. If you study 2 to 3 days before, you will be able to obtain good marks and grades as well. You do not need to study daily; you can spend your time learning another skill.

Review of Mechanical from IIITDM Jabalpur.
Placements: In B.Tech Mechanical, the percent of students placed is 80 percent, with an average package of INR 10 lacs and a median of INR 6 lacs. Most of the placement is from this sector. Internships play an important role in IT placement. Core placement is INR 5 lacs, and so is coding.
Infrastructure: The course is the same as from some IIT's in Delhi or Kanpur (one of these). The mechanical lab is okay, but for no use as you will be working in it, obviously. Because core placement is like 4 or 5 lacs. Wi-Fi is available in hostels, and hostels are triple-shared in the first two years. A single-room hostel is better. The library is of no use because no good books are available. So don't even fill out a library form. Messing is hazardous. Medical facilities are good (never used by me). Sport and game culture are good.
Faculty: The faculty is highly qualified and knowledgeable. But again, if you are mechanical, there is no use. They only passed the exam and forgot. The course curriculum is taken from some IITs, so it is very industry-oriented, but again, mechanical is of no use. If you study one night before, you pass the exam with around 7 cpi, and if you study with proof, you can get 9 or even higher easily.
Other: Event and fest are good. You will be having some dance events, some singing, and others every two-month period. Tarang is an annual cultural fest. Awesome fest. Popular artists came to perform. Connectivity to campus is 10 km by railway and 4 km by airport.

Overall, a good college to spend your next 4 years at will be worth it.
Placements: The average placement of this college was pretty high as compared to other colleges in this bracket. The maximum package was INR 1.22 crores, and the average is around INR 22 LPA. The placement ratio in mechanical engineering is a little lower, but you can still get high placements with CSE and ECE students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is my favorite part of the college, be it hostels, mess, SAC, or lecture halls. The buildings are super good and well made. Being a new college, you can expect cleanliness and hygiene all over the campus. The college provides LAN in every room, and big time, all games are banned over the LAN.
Faculty: The curriculum is a little tough for an IIIT college. But the syllabus is very practical and useful. Exams are conducted twice a semester, with two quizzes between them. Most of the questions are derived from the professor. Notes were provided by the TAs. Some subjects might seem difficult, but they are generally for all, and with relatively good grading, you get a better score.

Amazing infrastructure, improving placements and a bright future.
Placements: About 60% students were placed in year 2023 in mechanical deptt. And this is about 100% improvement from year 2022. The highest and median package is also increasing every year. So it can be safely said that the future in mechanical department is bright because of increasing saturation in IT department.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are at par with all popular premium institutes. And hostel rooms are way better than almost all top IITs. The food is one of the best and at subsidized prices. I can confidently claims that Sports facilities of IIITDMJ are one of the best in India. Especially in sports like badminton.
Faculty: Contrary to the belief of professors being aloof, professors at IIITDMJ are highly qualified, experienced and helpful. Course curriculum can safely be claimed better than old institutions like NITs where outdated subjects are taught. Semester exams are hard but professors prepare you well for them so no worries.

Our college provides excellent placements, good infrastructure, and teachers.
Placements: In our college, more than 74% of students are placed. The lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 82 LPA by Atlassian. More than 100 companies offered 350 offers. The average salary package offered is 21.63 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, American Express, Oracle, Gameskraft, Radisys, Flipkart, etc., visit our campus.
Infrastructure: Our college has a well-maintained infrastructure. The campus is beautiful. It provides all facilities. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. There is a core lab complex for practical exams and experiments. A computer center is available. Seniors are helpful. College life is good. Bus facilities are available. A canteen is available in the hostel.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and supportive. You can always ask for any reasonable or academic help, which they usually won't deny. The classroom environment is very positive. Our teachers are Ph.D. holders. They assist us in labs. The course curriculum is the same for all branches in the first year. If you attend classes regularly and complete your assignments on time, it's easy to score well. The course curriculum is relevant. There is relatively grading, so if you're regular, you will find semester exams easy to moderate.
Other: There are different scholarships available that are merit-based and need-based. The course curriculum is planned differently for all branches that are relevant to the course. There are many active technical and sports clubs like AFC, Racing Club, TPC, BMC, etc. These clubs regularly hold sessions and conduct events, so you can be engaged. Our college organises many events such as hackathons, competitions, and sessions regularly to help you build connections with your seniors and improve your skills.

It is a good college for deserving students.
Placements: Placements provided in our college are good. The average salary package offered is 23 LPA. Students from ME or other departments have to work hard to get placements as some IT companies don't allow students of core branches to sit for placements. Top major companies are Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Wipro, Groww, etc.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are provided to an average extent. Wi-Fi is good. Labs and libraries are good. The infrastructure of some hostels is old but the facilities are good. Food served in the mess is good and satisfying. Medical facilities are good and students can access PHC 24X7. Sports are very good. There is an energetic sports club. It is the current champion of Inter IIIT sports meet and I am a part of this champion contingent.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful to students in academics and extracurricular activities. They are highly qualified with Ph.D. from renowned institutes. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are averagely difficult. If students attend the lectures carefully and work a little hard, they can score well in exams.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in machinery and automobile. Faculty members should be helpful to students. Events organised in our college are good. All the tech, cultural, and sports events are enjoyable. The surroundings of our campus have friendly nature. It is surrounded by forest area and has a clean environment. Students can apply for scholarships like category-wise for students belonging to the general category.

As far as the mechanical faculty is considered they are highly qualified. Taking the hostel in consideration they are amongst the best hostels one can find in any government college and as far as other facilities are considered they are quiet decent.
