Average placements. But good if you have the ability to work very hard for three years.
Placements: Placements are quite good and if you work hard after joining. The management is not worried for your placements. Last year, 14 cadets got placed and 14 are left. S.C.I. will take at least 10 cadets (may be), so 4 will be left unplaced. ESSAR, S.C.I., M.S.C., etc. are the companies which visited this institute for placements.
Infrastructure: A Wi-Fi connection is in progress. Various labs such as electrical labs, two computer labs, seamanship lab, two workshops, E.R.S. lab, etc are provided. Medical facilities are not so good and there is no permanent doctor on the campus. He visits on the provided days. A.C. classrooms are provided with projectors. The food is average but hostel rooms are good.
Faculty: The faculty team is well-quallified but some faculty members teach more than one subject. Many times, the syllabus of the subjects is not covered completely. There has been no industry exposure till now. This year, we will be sent to Majgaon Dock for M.D.L. but no dates have been released yet.
