Best college I have ever visited.
Placements: Approximately 70% of students were placed. It had a good placement rate. Mostly all courses offer placements. Teachers also guide about the placements. Seminars were held at our time. Companies with high packages came to hire students. Companies came to recruit higher freshers.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was very good. Separate building for all courses. Labs for all courses were provided. Hostel was available, food in the mess was very good. Canteen was very hygienic. Dustbins were placed everywhere so that campus should be kept clean. Floors were highly cleaned and maintained.
Faculty: Teachers tried to help the students as much as they could. They motivate the students. Career counseling was provided by teachers. Teachers give council not only in their career but also in life and other issues. If a student faces any problem, teachers always try to help them.
Other: I strongly recommend this university as I have been a part of it and that is the best part. Fests and other activities were also very good.

A semi-government college with not such a good campus but a good image.
Placements: Mostly, companies don't offer placements for B.Sc. Maths students, it's mainly for B.Tech students. Still, some students get placed, but I don't know the exact number. The highest package is around 9.7 LPA, maybe. As I said, mostly companies don't pick students from B.Sc. for internships, then how can I tell about roles offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi in our science building does not work, but our labs and classrooms are very clean and well-maintained. The problem in the lab is that some PCs do not work, and some work very slowly. There is no boys' hostel, it only has a girls' hostel, and according to girls, there is no such good food.
Faculty: There are some good teachers who actually have good knowledge and teaching experience there, and the teaching quality is very good, but some are employed without any such good experience or knowledge. Semester exams are not such hard if you study on a daily basis.

Amazing infrastructure and facilities at JCBUST.
Placements: The placement record for my course (B.Sc.) is not so good as compared to the other courses (B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Com, etc.) offered by the university. As far as I know, very few or no students from the previous batch, i.e., 2023, got placed in any company from my course. However, according to past years' records, few students got a placement with an average package of 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: My department is a nine-story building with separate floors for different courses (B.Sc. Mathematics, Physics, Environmental Science, Multimedia, etc.) also with well-maintained computer labs and well-equipped physics and chemistry labs. A Wi-Fi facility is also available for all the students (not open Wi-Fi). Two splendid libraries (separate for reading and writing work) with a seating capacity of 100+ students are available to access at any time. Students can issue as many books as they need with their college ID card. Being a day scholar, I am unaware of the hostel facilities; however, there is a mess for day scholars too where we can get a full one-time meal at an affordable price of just 15 to 20 rupees with a huge variety of food each day. Many sports facilities are also available for students to build their physical fitness, such as 2 synthetic badminton courts, table tennis tables, a basketball court, kabbadi mats, etc.
Faculty: The faculty members at my college are highly qualified, with most holding PhDs in their respective fields. They are not only knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable, often sharing valuable life lessons along with academic guidance. While most of the professors are polite, there are few who may come across as strict or unusual. Overall, the faculty dedication helps create a good learning atmosphere. The course curriculum is relevant and set in such a way that it doesn't feel difficult for students; extracurricular activities like Vedic Maths seminars/presentation delivery are also taught. The exams are conducted 3 times: 2 sessional and the final end semester with an external practical and viva. The difficulty level of the tests is medium and moderate.
Other: The college organizes events and competitions regularly for the students; however, there have not been any big events inviting celebrities or singers, which makes it quite boring for students who like parties and all, but there are many educational programs such as expert lectures with IIT professors, professors from abroad, and cultural and religious programs inviting big personalities. The college is situated on the highway, making it easier for day scholars to reach the college. Talking about the surroundings, the college is surrounded by a few factories, which make the environment polluted, making this the major concern for students health, but steps are being taken to stop the pollution mission by factories by the students and faculty members.

Not good but not bad. Dissatisfied.
Placements: There are no placements in B.Sc. Mathematics Honours. This is a section that needs improvement and work. There is no highest or lowest package. No top recruiting companies come to our college, and no students get internships from our course.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi, AC-furnished computer labs, high-quality classrooms, and a library with up-to-date books, journals, and newspapers. The hostel is under construction in our college. The quality of food in our mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities are available too. Various sports and games are played in our college.
Faculty: The teachers are quite qualified and knowledgeable, but they aren't very approachable. Some are approachable, while others are not. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. The teaching methods need improvement, such as holding doubt and question-solving sessions to make the difficulty of the exams less challenging. The pass percentage is okay.
Other: Ugh, there have been no fests here since COVID. But this year, a fest is happening. I chose this course because of its market value and my interest in the subject. The best things about the course are the way it stimulates our brain. I'd like to improve the teaching methods in our course. There are various clubs and societies run by students, such as Tarannum, the music society, etc., which make campus life bearable.

Faculty is quite helpful whenever needed and the infrastructure is also very nice.
Placements: Almost every student gets placed here. The highest package is from computer engineering and civil department which is around 70+ LPA and the lowest package offered is around 8 LPA from Electrical. Around 50-60% students get internships from my course. Top roles that you can join include defense, DRDO, ISRO, or you can opt for teaching by becoming a professor and assistant professor.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is provided free of cost throughout the campus. The Labs are in a very good condition. The classrooms are cross ventilated with CCTVs. The library is separate which also contains a huge number of books. The quality of the hostel is satisfactory, better than the other hostels. Cafeteria has quite limited options. Sports are focused on as much as curricular activities.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful and most of them are qualified having DU or IIT degrees. They have deep knowledge regarding the subjects. The semesters are moderately difficult based on the practical approach towards the subjects. 70% is the passing percentage. In one semester, there are three exams, two sessional and one end semester exam in the duration of 5-6 months.
Other: I chose this course because I like mathematics and I want to do Masters and Doctorate in the field of mathematics. It is already far better than my expectation. Events and other activities are held at regular intervals of a month.
