Good placements and supportive faculty members with decent infrastructure.

Faculty: Faculty members are qualified and supportive, with decent teaching quality and a main focus on practical learning. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is about 85-90%. Curriculum is industry-relevant, covering key technologies like AI.

Return on investment is good. I don't care about campus life, it's NCR, you have a lot more options.

Faculty: The faculty is good. Some faculty fail students unnecessarily to get more money from the reappearing fine, but in our branch, it is quite good. Teachers are quite helpful. Semester exams are not that difficult, but you have to give your 100% to get a CGPA above 8.

Average university only.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified, but for the first year, you will get only normal teachers who take classes for formality and only do book readings. However, some teachers are really cool and will guide you if you ask for help. Some faculty members are good, but others only do book readings in class.

If you can get NIT, IIIT chooses those even with a slightly lower branch.

Faculty: I don't think the course curriculum is relevant. As it doesn't make you industry-ready. It's totally up to students how much they learn from YouTube and can have placements. Difficulty level of the semester exam is medium. The pass percentage of students is like 85% in computer engineering department.

I am struggling, but I am enthusiastic.

Faculty: Some teachers were helpful, but some were just very bad. However, all of them were qualified Ph.D. holders. The course curriculum was not very relevant. I needed more practical knowledge rather than just classroom learning. Exams, like the internals, happened twice a year before the end semester and were quite easy. The pass marks for the end semester were 30 in each subject.

Satisfied with the college.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly educated and very friendly with students. Exams are held semester-wise. Many internal exams are also held to check the studies of students.. This course is superb for future fields, so it is better to choose it.

Supportive teachers and strict discipline. Great for study, but no fun or campus life.

Faculty: For the exams, they are always strict and prepare for the final exams from the start of the semester and even they take class tests. Teachers are helpful and guide students well. The syllabus is basic but relevant. Exams are moderately tough, over 80% of students pass if they study properly.

Reasons to choose or to not choose YMCA for your bachelors.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly experienced. They have also evolved in various research work and development. They are well-educated and provide the best knowledge. It makes students industry-ready. The curriculum is relevant. The difficulty of exam is moderate. You should study as it is and it is not tough to pass the exam, if you study well. To pass the exam you need to get 30 marks out of 75.

It is nice for placements, but only if we study well by ourselves. Teachers are not helpful.

Faculty: Teachers are not that helpful. Many students here study either through YouTube or through books. The course curriculum is pre-designed, so students will know what they will study for the next 4 years. It has an absolute grading system, so maintaining CGPA is a tough task.

J. C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, a college to visit or not.

Faculty: Teachers and other staff members are very supportive. We just have to know the way to make our way. Exams have basically brainstorming questions that help us in the field. Exams are not that difficult if we have experience and interest in this field and subject.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated and friendly with the students. Exams are held semester-vice while so many internal exams are also held to check on the studies of the students. On the other side, this course is superb in the future field so it's better to choose it.

Disappointed because of the lack of companies visiting for placements and poor campus life.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful for the course curriculum. Although the course curriculum is not industry-relevant as industry standards have changed but the course curriculum has not. Exams are not very tough, but the checking becomes tougher as we move to the higher semesters. To pass, you have to take 40 marks out of 100, from which 30 must be in theory and the rest are internal marks.
