The requirement of CUET score varies course-wise at Jamia Hamdard. The university considers CUET scores for admission to BSc, BSc (Hons), BA (Hons), BA, BJMC, BCom, BBA and BMS programmes. Besides passing CUET, aspirants must also fulfill the eligibility requirements specific to the preferred programme. The final selection is done considering both CUET and qualifying exam scores of the aspirants.

Candidates who are applying for BTech at Jamia Hamdard do require JEE Main score for admission. Along with JEE Main, aspirants must also have passed Class 12 examination with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and one of the following: Computer Science, Chemistry, Electronics from CBSE or any other Board with at least 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in aggregate for admission to BTech programme.

Jamia Hamdard has not released the accepted JEE Main cutoff for BTech admission. However, aspirants need to fulfil the eligibiltiy and selection requirements for admission to BTech course. Jamia Hamdard accepts JEE Main for BTech admission. Jamia Hamdard University offers admission in BSc courses on a merit-basis. Hence, the applicants performance in Class 12 or equivalent examination is evaluated. However, the selection for the aspirants of BSc Nursing in Jamia Hamdard can be entrance-based. Candidates for selection may have to appear for the entrance examination conducted by the university. Yes, Jamia Hamdard is offering admissions to students for some courses through the CUET. The CUET UG exam is a computer-based test and will consist of three sections, namely Language I, Language II, and the General Knowledge and Current Affairs sections. The final merit list for admission to various courses at the Jamia Hamdard will be prepared on the basis of the scores obtained in the CUET UG exam. The seats for these courses are limited and the competition is high so apply online for admission to various courses as soon as possible.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics or any other examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate are eligible to apply for DPharm programme at Jamia Hamdard University. Also, the age of the aspirants must be 17 years on or before December 31, 2024 as per the PCI norms.
