KTU- APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University admission 2025 is entrance-based for all the courses. The application forms are available on the university's official website. The APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University offers a list of courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. The flagship programme of KTU is BTech which is offered in various different specialisations. KTU Admission 2025: Eligibility & Selection Criteria
The eligibility criteria for all the courses is set by the university to maintain the merit and competence of the students that get admission to the courses. Steps for KTU Admission Process 2025
Candidates applying for KTU courses must ensure that they are meeting the above-mentioned eligibility criteria. The institute has a multi-step admission process that students must follow to get into the institute. The admission procedure involves registration, entrance exam, shortlisting, release of merit list, counselling, and admission confirmation. Step 1: KTU Application Process 2025
Candidates seeking admission at KTU are required to complete the application form for the entrance exam that is required. For example, for BTech, candidates are required to apply for KEAM application and for MBA candidates can apply for CMAT.
Step 2: KTU Selection Criteria
After the conclusion of the application process, students are required to take the course-specific entrance exam followed by other selection rounds (if applicable). After which, counselling rounds are carried out for some of the programmes for the seat allotment process. Candidates must appear for the additional rounds of admission after the entrance exam if required.
Step 3: Admission Confirmation
Candidates selected after all the selection rounds can confirm their admission/seat by paying the required amount of KTU fee.

Admissions at KTU - APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University are entrance-based.
The university offers M.Tech programmes under 11 specializations for which admissions are on the basis of GATE entrance examination which is followed by personal interview. Candidates are also required to have at least 55% marks in their graduation
The seat intakes for Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Kalam Technological University (KTU) for two year course is 130 and for part time course is 30 students respectively.
This course is a second-cycle study programme to which persons who have completed bachelor's (first-cycle) studies and have at least three years of practical work experience are admitted, who meet the requirements set by the University related to the nature of the program
For MBA, a candidate must have appeared in CAT/ CMAT MAT with a minimum cutoff of 50 percentile in order to be eligible for the program. For Masters Plan, students must hold a Bachelor's degree.
For MBA programme in KTU, admissions are based on a valid score in CAT/ KMAT/ CMAT followed by a personal interview
Admission is confirmed only after fulfilling all the requirements mentioned in the admission letter and the payment of respective course fee.

The applicaiton form fee varies from course to course as candidates are required to fill the application form for entrance exams as well. KTU Admission 2025 FAQs
BArch applicants should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50 per cent marks or Class 10 along with a three-year Diploma in any stream. Candidate must have studied Mathematics as a compulsory subject in Class 12. Final selection is done on the basis of NATA scores, a candidate must have at least 80 per cent marks in NATA to clear the Cutoff.
Candidates applying for BTech programme must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks in PCM from a recognised board. The applicant with 50 per cent marks in Mathematics at Class 12 level can also apply. Final selection is done on the basis of score in KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture and Medical Entrance Test.
