Satisfied with the curriculum that keeps me open to various philosophical perspectives of arts.
Placements: This is the first batch of aesthetic and peace studies. However, my senior from art and peace got selected in Reuters. The current batch doing internship with known media houses. The professor himself has worked in Deccan Herald and has excellent contacts.
Infrastructure: The classrooms in our college are furnished, air-conditioned with a projector and whiteboard. The walls have no tiles but for students to paint them with their own colors together. The hostel I'm currently living in is in block 12 which is the best option for the juniors' hostels. The Wi-Fi in both these places isn't great. The mess food sometimes is 5 stars sometimes you end up eating sambhar or dal rice. The caretakers and cleaners are good. It has a badminton court always welcoming new players. A basketball court is also alongside.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are extremely qualified. Some have worked in The Hindu, Deccan Herald, and so on. Some are teaching students at abroad universities. The curriculum is introductory to arts and humanities subjects in background of peace studies. However, the technique and side work make it interesting and you go back with international standards of knowledge. The quest lecture and workshop has helped me learn the most from people who worked at NASA, filmmaker Girish Kaserwalli, and many more.
Other: I personally was looking for an interdisciplinary course in humanities subjects. But India hardly has it. However MAHE was offering this with a unique twist of aesthetics and peace studies. It will provide you with jobs in journalism, media, arts background, UN, UPSE, etc.

It is an extraordinary course with a great set of faculty members .
Placements: The placement rate of this college is quite good.The students have significant opportunities to bag internships at leading newspapers and publishing houses. 
Infrastructure: The hostel is good in terms of cleanliness and fee structure. The classrooms are very clean and well organised as well. The mess has a nice variety of scheduled menus which keep changing on a daily basis. Overall, the hostel facilities and the food are way beyond average.
Faculty: The college staff and faculty are extremely experienced and make the academic activities even more engaging. The semester exams are well structured.
Other: This course is great for people who do not want to limit their future opportunities and prospects. Apart from academics, it broadens your horizons and shapes your personality. The course has some embedded mandatory extracurricular activities that are a great combination of academic and personality-driven qualities.
