B.Com. in Finance and Taxation - Batch of 2024
Offered by SCMS School of Technology and Management (SSTM): Admissions 2025, Courses, Fees, Placements
3.8

The college has good infrastructure.
Placements: In 2021, I joined, and in 2024, I graduated. The top companies' tie-up was EY and TCS (recruiting companies). 75% of students were applying for scholarships and internships frequently every year. The roles offered a good package of salary and accommodation.
Infrastructure: Football and the canteen were the only entertainment there. Outside, a hostel is also available, and there is a good gym available for all students with a trainer. Wi-Fi is available to all students. In computer labs, air conditioning is available, and there are lots of devices. That's the main thing.
Faculty: Somewhat more difficult than our semester exams because they are putting the toughest questions to make us try hard. The questions were very tough when I studied hard, and upon seeing the exam, I will not get a school.
Other: Fees were 25,000 per semester, which I was here at allotment, not management quota. They have 56,000 per month.

Really decent and fun college.
Placements: About 500 to 1000 students were placed in B.Com. Top recruiting companies for B.Com are Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Ey, Infosis etc. Around 40% of students get internships at Federal Bank, south indian bank, Ey, etc. Top roles offered for this course would be bank manager or consultant, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty decent Several facilities available for B.Com as it is an autonomous college such as you can go for a professional course while studying B.Com enabling you to get a job easily There is a separate building for a library with a lot of books categorized and sufficient places to sit and read and make notes I am not much informed about the hostel as I do not stay at the college hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable The teaching quality is decent The course curriculum is good but taking a professional course along with the main course makes you more industry ready although it will be hard for you to learn both at the same time. Semester exams are not that hard if you just listen in class you can easily pass the exams.
Other: The campus life will be fun as there are some or the other programs almost every week. You have several clubs in the college that you can take part in, such as the music club, nature club, sports club, etc.

Review on the college DB Pampa.
Placements: The placement in the college is quite good; however, there isn't any recruitment in this area, so it's not that good. There is also no package for the students, so that's all. There isn't any internship programme also.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is also quite poor. There isn't good infrastructure, and the labs are also of poor quality. There aren't any proper facilities in this college. The canteen is also bad, and there isn't good food. There aren't any medical facilities, so it's bad.
Faculty: The faculty is not quite helpful, and the curriculum is also not good. It doesn't make the students industry-ready. The semester exams are not that difficult, but the pass percentage is not quite high either. That's it about the college; the teaching quality is not that great.
Other: Overall, the college is not so great, but it is worth the money.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2018

Good college: Saintgits College of Applied Science.
Placements: Only 20% of students got placed. For graduates, the average package is 2 LPA, for post-graduates, above 2.4 LPA. Mostly, IT companies, banks are the recruiting partners. Nearly 40% of the students get internship assistance. Roles offered by the companies mainly focus on process associate and junior accountants.
Infrastructure: College ambience is super, full of greenery, a less busy location, focusing mainly on peaceful learning. They provide graduate and postgraduate courses. Classrooms are digitalized and labs have highly maintained systems with Wi-Fi connection. Hostel life is quite strict, but wardens are very supportive, food is of super quality and healthy. Fees are also affordable for middle-class people.
Faculty: Almost all the faculty members are Ph.D. and M.Phil holders, others hold masters in the preferred subjects, and some of the faculty members are rank holders. Course curriculum is designed as per Mahatma Gandhi University norms, making it easy to learn and earn good marks. Marking is a grading system that is calculated as 4 on the credit system.

Ilahia College review by me.
Placements: I am a student still studying, and I don't know about placement. But still others who had already passed out where saying positive reviews about the college and placement after other studies. My relative who studied in the same college is placed with a job with a good salary in Mumbai.
Infrastructure: We have a good PG hall, computer labs, and a bunch of books in our library. The classroom was not very clean. We got an awesome sick room where we can rest as much as we want. The views from college windows are awesome, full of hills, harvest, etc.
Faculty: Teachers were so friendly, they taught good and better. The 1st and 2nd semesters were not too tough. Questions were MCQ and easy to answer, according to me. Till now, it was easy subjects to understand and score high marks. Total pass percentage of the college is more than 90%.
Other: I chose this course because I like to do business. Campus is very small and so boring. Events, fest, and other activities were so good.

Review in the online college.
Placements: The percentage of students passing from my course is very high; it was more than 50% this year. The highest package offered in my course was more than 13 lacs, but the lowest is very low, nearly 4 lacs. Top recruiting companies for my course include Wipro and Accenture. The percentage of students getting internships in my course is more than 75%.
Infrastructure: All the facilities and infrastructure in the college are good. Wi-Fi, as well as the library, are provided, but classroom facilities are not proper. Many students do not like the food in the canteen. Medical facilities are present. Sports and games are also played in the college.
Faculty: My class teacher was so good, and all the teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. They have good teaching qualities, and students are always ready to go on industrial visits. The semester is very easy to pass, but it is difficult to get high marks. The pass percentage is more than 70%.
Other: I chose this course to get the best knowledge of finance and taxation. There is nothing I wish to improve about this college. Events and festivals always happen in our college. Scholarship facilities are not available.
