Need lots of work to make it the best place.
Placements: Bad placements they placed almost all students but with low salary and bad profile. 90 percent of the students placed but packages below 4 lacs, and some were not related to pharma profiles, like service executives and system engineers. These are not pharma roles but the greed of the highest placement led them to do such things. Internships are given in the pharmaceutical sector but terminated after 1 year or 6 months. Lupin and Dr. Reddy are some known pharma hiring companies.
Infrastructure: Campus and infrastructure are good but campus social life is bad; fights happen between boys. The college provides good facilities like free Wi-Fi and WLAN cables for laptops in the library. We have 2 libraries in which all reference books and study material are available. On the campus of MIT, we have hostel but it has not been cleaned up to date. There are toilet issues and food quality is poor. Less focus on sports; no schedule for sports.
Faculty: Teachers are only do there work conduct lectures and cover syllabus. They need to know that just reading some PPT students, they do not understand any concepts and do not have any teaching style. The course curriculum have many subjects like quality testing, quality measurement, etc. Its techniques are used in industries and are making us industry-ready. All students passed all the exams.
Other: College reputation is good but there are some factors that management should control for the improvement of the college.
