NIT Rourkela Executive MBA Courses & Fees 2025

The Metallurgy and Materials Engineering Department of the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela is one of the most well-respected and the oldest departments present in the country. It offers a B.Tech degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, which is accredited by the NBA (National Board of Accreditation). This department is headed by a strong faculty with a good mix of research expertise and experience. The NIT Rourkela GATE CCMT cutoff 2025 is determined based on a few key factors:

1. Total number of seats available: The cutoff primarily depends on the total number of seats available in medical colleges across the country for that particular year.
2. Number of candidates appearing for the exam: The larger the number of candidates appearing for NEET, the higher the competition and the higher the cutoff scores.

4. Normalisation process: NEET UG uses a normalisation process to ensure fairness across multiple sessions of the exam. This normalisation takes into account the difficulty level of each session's question paper.

After analysing all these factors and ensuring a fair and equitable selection process, the final cutoff for each category is determined by SVNIT Surat, which is the governing body for CCMT admissions. The cutoff marks are published after the declaration of results.

To get admission at NIT Rourkela, General AI category students need to attain a rank of at least 41435 or below to be eligible, according to the round 1 of NIT Rourkela JEE Main cutoff 2026. For this category, the round 1 cutoff ranged from 398 to 41435. Among all the courses, BArch and Integrated BSc + MSc in Life Science were the most and least competitive courses for admission. 

For the students who belong to the General HS category, the required round 1 rank needed for admission should be at least 61256 or below.
