PES University Course Admissions 2025: Dates, Eligibility, Fee & Application

Students are required to submit certain documents (original/copies) at the university. These documents are required for verification purposes. Check below the documents required at the time of PES University application:

• Class 12 marksheet
• UG marksheet (if applicable)
• PG mark sheet (if applicable)
• Character certificate
• Transfer certificate
• Migration/ Provisional certificate
• Domicile certificate
• Caste certificate
• Passport-size photograph

Aspirants need to register with an application fee of INR 1,200. Check below the steps to apply for PES University admission:

Step: 1 VGo through the official website of PESSAT and click on the ‘Admission’ tab.

Step 2: Choose the course in which you wish to seek admission.

Step 3: Fill in your details like your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID in the appeared registration form and hit the 'Submit' button.

Step 4: Make a payment of INR 1,200 as an application fee. Once the fee payment is done, enter the transaction number and tap 'proceed to Fill Application' link to complete the application process.

Step 5: Proceed with application form and upload the scanned images of your recent passport-size photograph, thumb impression and other necessary enclosures in JPG/ JPEG format.

Step 6: Verify all your filled details and hit 'Submit' to conclude the application process.

PES University application fee is INR 1,200. Candidates can pay the fee via any of the online payment modes. Candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps to apply and pay the registration fee:

Under Prof. MRD Scholarships, 50% tuition fee refund for the top 5% of students based on the merit of CGPA and SGPA is offered to students. This scholarship is not applicable for the final year of study. Under Rural Scholarships, free Engineering education is offered to students belonging to rural backgrounds. This scholarship is offered only to a selected number of students. Under Corporate Scholarships, students studying the final year of education are offered scholarships by many corporates based on their merit. PES University offers various awards and scholarships to its meritorious students. Check below scholarships offered by PES University:

PES University offers several merit-based scholarships: the top 5% of students with their respective CGPA gets merit certificate with 50% tuition fee refund as Prof. MRD Scholarships. Similarly, Prof. CNR Rao Scholarships award the next 20% of students based on their SGPA 40% tuition fee refund. For securing an SGPA of 7.75 and above, students receive Distinction Awards in the form of merit certificates.

PES University offers rural scholarships that provide free engineering education to select students from a rural background every year. There is teaching and research assistantship given to the students,  considering compensation for those assisting the professors in teaching or working for faculty on research projects. It is merit-based,  specific eligibility criteria.
