Presidency University Bachelor’s Degree Entrance Test or PUBDET is held to pick students for BA and BSc (honours) courses at Presidency University, Kolkata. PUBDET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Before you fill the application form, make sure you meet the PUBDET 2026 eligibility criteria. If a student doesn’t meet it, they can lose their chance at any stage of selection. The subject-wise eligibility rules for the exam are given below.

Academic Qualification
- Candidates should have cleared the higher secondary examination (XII) that is conducted by CBSE, West Bengal or an equivalent exam, not before 2020.
- The candidate must pass XII with at least five recognized subjects, including English language and excluding Environmental Science. The aggregate is to be calculated in the best four recognized subjects.

PUBDET 2026 Application Process
The PUBDET application forms are released online on the exam body’s website. To fill the form, you need to register on the official site with your name and contact details. You also have to pay an application fee while filling it out. The exam body gives a chance to correct mistakes in the form, but that application correction window is now closed. Remember, the form is only available online on the official website. Any other way of submitting the form will not be accepted for the entrance exam.

PUBDET Exam Centres
