Presidency University Bachelor’s Degree Entrance Test or PUBDET is held to pick students for BA and BSc (honours) courses at Presidency University, Kolkata. Academic Qualification

• Candidates should have cleared the higher secondary examination (XII) that is conducted by CBSE, West Bengal or an equivalent exam, not before 2020.
• The candidate must pass XII with at least five recognized subjects, including English language and excluding Environmental Science. The aggregate is to be calculated in the best four recognized subjects.

The PUBDET application forms are released online on the exam body’s website. To fill the form, you need to register on the official site with your name and contact details. You also have to pay an application fee while filling it out. The exam body gives a chance to correct mistakes in the form, but that application correction window is now closed. Remember, the form is only available online on the official website. Any other way of submitting the form will not be accepted for the entrance exam.

PUBDET 2026 Application Fee

Candidates can pay the application fee for PUBDET through net banking/ debit card/ credit card or by cash using an Allahabad Bank e-challan.

PUBDET Exam Centres 

Applicants are required to fill in their exam centre choices while filling out the PUBDET 2026 application form. If their preferred exam centres are at capacity, they will be allotted another based on proximity to their preference. Exam centres won't be changed once the admit cards are released.
