Review of Punjabi University.

Placements: There are about 80 students in our branch. It was a degree course, so there was no package, placements or recruitment. There were assignments, teaching classes, etc conducted. I wish there were recruiting companies so I didn't have to suffer for a job, as many students do.

Infrastructure: Our college has good classrooms and comfortable benches, but in the summer it is a little bit difficult to attend classes under just ceiling fan roofs. I was not a hosteler, so I don't know much about it. But I have heard from fellow classmates that it is good enough.

Faculty: Teachers in our course were good enough. I enjoyed the course time at our university. Degrees are not that difficult. I got 72%, which was good for me as it was my master's. If you're looking for a job with the help of a university, please choose a professional course, not a degree course.

Other: I chose this because my interests and attitude match this. There should be more activities for degree courses and placements too. I didn't get any scholarships. They are given only to SC/ST students. That should be changed. Merit students are the deserving ones.

Overll, this is a good college.

Placements: Students get internships if they don't have to re-appear in past semesters in companies like Oracle Academies, Brain 'o' Vision, Agile Computing using Scrum, NPTEL-SWAYAM certification courses, etc. This university is the best in education and also gives the best placement opportunities. Many companies, like Amazon, IBM, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, etc., visit our campus every year and recruit students from the CSE branch mainly.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is old. There are great facilities for all courses. The notes are provided on time, and the teachers are available. A medical room is also available. Enrolled students and faculty members also have access to Wi-Fi. Sports and games are all available. I don't know about the mess this year, but you can have a campus visit anytime.

Faculty: All faculty members of Nifft are very qualified.

A review on Punjab University, Patiala.

Placements: 70% of the students were placed in my year. The highest package offered was between Rs.9 to 10 LPA while the average package was Rs.4 to 5 LPA. Only two students could get the highest package. Top recruiting companies were Infosys, HCL, Emcure, etc. I got placed in HCL with a package of Rs.7 LPA.

Infrastructure: We have all the facilities in our classrooms, library and the hostels. We have to use the Wi-Fi within the mentioned limit. The college library has many fantastic books. So, you don't have to buy the books to study and you can easily get them from the library using the library card. The infrastructure of the college is very nice. We have parks and sports facilities too.

Faculty: Some of the teachers are good at their jobs. All of them are highly educated. Most of them have done their PhDs. We used to have 3 to 2 minor tests before our final semester exams. That way we were fully prepared for the finals. Passing the final exams is not that hard, you can easily study 15 to 20 days before the exams and can get good marks.

Other: They offer 100% scholarships to minorities but you still have to pay your hostel and mess fee.

The best college in Patiala because of good studies.

Placements: In this course, every student scores about 65 percent. The highest package offered is 10 LPA and the lowest is 1 LPA. 95 percent students got internship from my course in top companies.

Infrastructure: Everything is available in our college including sports, mess, hostel, canteen and all the medical facilities are there. Every day, classrooms are cleaned. A big library is there and free Wi-Fi is available. Every game is available in the college. Food is the best here at a cheap rate.

Faculty: The teachers are good and so knowledgeable. They explain everything in detail and every student loves to join the class. They speak politely and they are available in the classes on time.

Other: I chose this course because it was my dream.

Good infrastructure, unique building.

Placements: 70% of students were placed. The salary for net qualified is 20000 approximately, most of the students get admission in PhD without facing any difficulty. After PhD and net, you will get paid higher than1 Lacs. Also after PG, you will get a scholarship if you are under the category or clear JRF.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The classrooms are neat and clean. Proper hygiene is maintained in washrooms. The mess food is good as well as the medical facilities are free. Unique building and it has a pollution-free environment.

Faculty: The teachers are very nice. They are highly qualified, highly knowledgeable. Teachers provide you with notes also. They always appreciate you for your good work and guides you for your bright future. You can admit here with no doubt. All are very helpful.
