Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University is an average college.

Placements: Not many companies visit our college for placements. Companies like Amazon visit our college for placements and hire about 2-3 students. Students have to go through various stages of final placements. Otherwise, students can participate in open campus drives. The college does not provide an internship, and if students want to do it, then they have to take permission from the principal.

Infrastructure: The campus is huge. The college is located far away from the city, so it is not convenient for students who are not from Nagpur. I am a resident of Nagpur, so I do not stay in the hostel, but once I went to the hostel. Rooms available in the hostel were spacious, and it provides 3 sharing rooms.

Faculty: Faculty members should provide more practical knowledge than only finishing the course. It is compulsory for students to attend all the lectures. Faculty members are not experienced. Many teachers are young, so they don't have the experience, but they interact more with students.

The college is supportive, absolutely satisfied. 97% eligible students were placed.

Placements: 97% of my seniors who were eligible got placed. So, the placements are really good, but the package offered is not much good as it ranges from 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA, it is the average package offered per annum. So doing M.Tech is preferable. If you're willing to get placed right after your B.Tech, then you've to work hard for it. Nothing can be achieved without working hard. That is just my opinion.

Infrastructure: Honestly, facilities at college are very good. We have a huge campus, friendly environment, good canteens, labs etc. are available. Each class has a projector. There is a swimming pool, and they let us use it rarely. Two big grounds, a very good library which offers you books on your Id card without taking any money are available.

Faculty: The faculty are quite good. You can't expect every faculty to be perfect. But we have a very good faculty for all the subjects. I would like to say an incident when I started my first semester; mathematics teacher was quite poor at teaching, so we complained to our head of the department. They said, just give it a try once if they don't improve we'll take action. The day after we complained, our maths faculty got changed. So, the college does care for the students, and we got experienced faculty having 15 to 16 years of experience.

Friendly faculty, self grooming environment.

Placements: Placements scenario of our college has an increasing graph. My batch has been placed in good and reputed firms like TCS, Cognizant, etc. Many of our students got placed during the curriculum while others got placed after completing the course. It's the speciality of our college that they keep in touch with all the appeared students by organizing alumni programs. Some of the students got internships in good firms where they are receiving monthly stipends.

Infrastructure: We have 2 branches of our college. Both the branches are having very good and comfortable infrastructure. Each department has its own number of classrooms according to the student strength. Classrooms are very spacious and have proper ventilation. We have an auditorium especially for placements, annual festivals and many other functions. We also have small conference rooms for each department where guest lectures and presentations are taken by the college.

Faculty: Course curriculum in our college includes not only theoretical but also practical knowledge. Our faculty always tries to explain everything with live examples. Course materials are properly provided to every student which help them to study and prepare for the exams. Faculty in terms of nature is very helpful and supportive. They always listen to our queries and problems and try to solve them in very positive manner. We also have one parents-teacher guardian which is provided to every bunch of 10 students.
