Decent placements, good student life.
Placements: Decent placements, percentage of students placed hasn’t been disclosed yet The highest package shown is 41 LPA by Shinsei Electronics, another package shown is 27.6 LPA by the same company, percentage of internships hasn’t been disclosed, and the roles seem to be network analyst and security analyst.
Infrastructure: Very good quality food is available in the food court, good medical facilities with emergency services. A large sports ground with lots of games, Wi-Fi is pretty fast for normal work with a wireless network around 100 Mbps and wired labs around 1 Gbps, a massive library with all relevant materials which are also uploaded online and can be accessed through their website, and smart classrooms with smartboards, TV, projector, and a green board.
Faculty: Teacher quality is variable; some are very good while some don’t make sense, but in general, they are helpful and knowledgeable in their domain, explain how their subject is relevant to our course and where it is used. The course seems relevant enough, additional skill development is encouraged externally, and semester exams are pretty decent, not hard at all, making it easy to score 8+ CGPA.
Other: I chose CSE-IOT because of the scope of the subject, IOT is a developing field, hence the scope and placements will be good, though I wish it is more industry-oriented from the 2nd semester. Events and fests are 9/10, fun events, good scholarship department, and green environment.

College is good, but it's too strict. The chancellor of this university says it's an army campus.
Placements: Almost 85% students were placed last year from our course. The highest package in my course was 8 lpa and the minimum was 3 lpa. Top recruiting companies were tcs, Dell, Amazon, and many more. Almost 65-70% students got internships in companies like Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: There are 4 boys' hostels and 3 girls' hostels on campus, and one premium hostel with a little bit extra facilities. But the food will be the same for normal hostel residents and for premium hostel residents. There is laundry in the hostel, a food court, and a paid gym, which is too costly. The Wi-Fi network is good on campus.
Faculty: Teachers aren't helpful in nature and are arrogant. Many teachers are from South India, and sometimes students also start speaking in their regional language, and we sit and guess what they are talking about. So, here I felt left out sometimes.
Other: I chose this course because I want to learn about cybersecurity and IoT included with this course; that's why I chose this course.

Review of Reva University.
Placements: Reva University witnessed a hike in salary packages offered during the placement drive 2020. Almost 998 students got placed in the year 2020 with an average salary package of 6 LPA. Almost 1118 students got placed in top companies in the year 2021 with a salary package of 8.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: I paid 1.15 lacs for single sharing but due to covid I stayed 3 months and the management is not going to refund or transfer it to college fees. They can only refund Rs. 8,000 per month which doesn't make any sense. The same is the case with the Reva gym. You won't even get hot water after 8 AM, with the Bangalore climate it will be difficult. The only best qualities are the food court, ground, and Reva mess.
Faculty: All the faculty members are Ph.D. holders and are student-friendly. They will help you out with all sorts of problems even if it's other than curriculum any students can approach them for any kind of problem. They are well qualified and well-mannered.
Other: The fest keeps on being held every week at different schools. So there's is no problem with cultural heritage.

Review of Reva University.
Placements: Placements at Reva University are almost 90% from the last 2-3 years with a good salary package. The highest salary package offered is 22 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 11 LPA. Top recruiting companies like IBM, Amazon, Wipro, TCH, etc., visit the college to hire students with the highest salary package.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good infrastructure with a green campus like a garden. It has digital classrooms. It has a food court with all types of dishes from north to south. There are a collection of books in the library. It has a well-equipped laboratory and free 24x7 Wi-Fi with speed internet.
Faculty: At Reva University, most of the faculty members are PhD holders. They have good teaching experience of 5 to 7 years. They are friendly and good at teaching. Internet of things course is quite similar to computer science with some extra subject. They conduct 2 or 3 internal assessment exams and 1 external assessment exam every semester.
