Saveetha University Chennai reserves seats for the students, who belong to SC/ ST/ BC candidates. Additionally, the university also provides reservations for students from weaker sections of society. The percentage of seats reserved for BSc students is not explicitly mentioned on the official website of the university. However, candidates can take the reference of reserved seats as per the government of India and the state government of Tamilnadu. 

While filling out the application form, you can choose multiple BSc specialisations available at Saveetha University. However, after the release of the merit list candidates can join only one programme according to the eligibility criteria they're qualifying. Additionally, Saveetha University offers scholarships to students from weaker sections whose family income is below INR 2.5 Lacs per annum.
