Great faculty members and good infrastructure.

Placements: All the students of my senior batch are placed, and some went outside India for higher studies. Some are also pursuing MBA from India. Overall, great placements are there. My batch has only 60-70 students, which is a good thing as the placement opportunities will be better. Many core companies visit the campus for on-campus placements.

Infrastructure: The SNU campus is very large and beautiful. There are all the facilities inside the campus, whether it be the hospital, sports facilities, gym, or grocery store, etc. Eating places like AnB and Cnd are open till 2 am at night. The mess food is also great and tastes good.

Faculty: The exams happen twice in one semester, and there are quizzes and lab exams also. The exams are of medium-level toughness. The students are engaged in research works under many pros. So, the faculty is good and provides guidance to students on various topics. The course curriculum is fully relevant.

Other: Crowd from Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon is there, and 50 percent of the crowd is from the south. So, there is great diversity.

I would recommend joining this college.

Placements: Around 40% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 29.25 LPA. The average salary package offered is 9.29 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 7.25 LPA. Top recruiting companies are HCL, Dell, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities like Wi-Fi, well-maintained labs, smart classrooms, library. The library has all types of books. The hostel provides the best facilities. Our college has a canteen. Our college provides us with sports, medical, and games facilities.

Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. They provide us with the best quality of education. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry ready. The difficulty level of exams depends upon the preparation of students. We have to maintain a 7.5 CGPA.

Other: It is the best college.

Nice Campus and Great faculty members.

Placements: In mathematics there aren't much job placements. Though some people did get good placements last year ( like 2 girls got into Golden Sacht), and others got inndata Science. Mostly people go for higher studies in renowned universities after graduating.

Infrastructure: SNU has a 200 acres campus with lots of greenery. It has wi-fi access in each building. The central library and the indoor sports complex is the main attraction here. There are big lawns in front of academic blocks. There are three dining halls, and one restaurant in campus. Food quality is good.

Faculty: Faculty, especially in mathematics department is really nice and approachable. They are always eager to help and are even available after the class hours. You can take courses from any department irrespective of your department. You can even do projects under professors.

Other: I chose mathematics in SNU because it has 4 years B.Sc. programme unlike other colleges, and we start doing research in our undergraduation. Moreover, you can take any subject course here, irrespective of your department.

What is the difference between BA economics(Hons.), BA business economics(Hons.), BA finance economics and B. Sc in research in economics?

B.Sc is more practical, and BA is more theoretical. B.Sc focusses more on mathematical aspects. It has more number of courses. A B.Sc degree should be your first choice. If you go for an honors course, you get a specialization in the final year.
