My Review of CSJM - Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University.
Placements: In our college, there were very good placements and top companies visited our campus for recruitment. The placement process was facilitated by the placement office. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and others came for hiring. Placements were conducted at the start of the final year, and students attended campus recruitment drives. The selection process was tough. So students had to pay close attention during the placement season. The average package was around 3 LPA, with the maximum being 20 LPA. A CGPA above 7.5 was required to sit for campus placements. The selection depended on skill-based criteria.
Infrastructure: The computer application course was very interesting. The course has various computer programming languages like C, C++, Java, HTML, etc. The computer lab was good. It allows students to understand these concepts on their own. The course had a good balance between theoretical and practical work. We even had the chance to get in research projects. The hostels were well-organized and maintained by the authorities. Toilets were hygienic. The rooms were spacious. Students were provided with a bed, almirah, and a table. Food was not included in the hostel fees, but it was available at a reasonable price.
Faculty: Faculty members were very good, hardworking, and cooperative with students. Students could approach faculty easily. Faculty members were always ready to help clear doubts. All faculty members were highly qualified and experts in their subjects. Faculty for exams and labs were strict, and discipline was maintained at every stage. Students had to follow the rules. The exam structure was quite good. For my course, there was a semester pattern, which worked well. Internal exams were conducted, along with practical exams. All external exams were conducted according to the schedule. Overall, the exam structure was nice.

My review of this college.
Placements: The placement and job opportunities are average in my college, as we get job opportunities by attending pooled campuses held at other colleges on their invitation. They don't call for any companies that reach out directly to our college for the placement of UIET students. There is a placement cell that manages to inform every student regarding the pooled campuses held at other colleges where UIET is invited. Company visits to our campus include Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Magicpin, and many more. Every year, about 65% to 75% of students get placed with an average package of 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: There is separate accommodation for boys and girls. With time passing by, the hostel management has been very particular about the rules and regulations, and the mess food was very good and hygienic.
Faculty: Faculty members are talented and able to explain topics. I find very good and experienced professors. Professors are knowledgeable and they are very cooperative. They help with everything from college issues to personal issues. I had very good relations with professors. Marks are divided in every section. You have 5 marks for attendance (if you have 75%). The mid-semester exam will be of 30 marks and end-semester exams will be of 50 marks. Exams are held in a good manner. The paper duration is 3 hours. The mid-semester exam is always in October for the odd semester and in March for the even semester.

Satisfied because of 2025 placement.
Placements: In my batch, more than 30 students got placed. They help with placement by superset and have cooperative placement officer team. I am currently a student at Sadabai Raisoni Women's College, Nagpur, and my experience here has been quite positive.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent, with well-maintained classrooms, a library, computer labs, and seminar halls. Wi-Fi is available in most areas of the campus. College also focuses on extracurricular activities, workshops, and seminars which help students grow in various dimensions.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly cooperative and supportive. They are always ready to assist students both academically and personally. The management and administrative staff are also very approachable and handle student queries or issues promptly. They are all nice. College offers an updated curriculum that includes not only core subjects but also value-added courses and certification, which help in skill development and improve employability.
Other: The course is good as it also includes updated trends in IT. Overall, the college creates a positive and inclusive environment for learning and personal growth. It is a good option for students, especially women, looking for quality education in Nagpur.

Placements: Many students got a placement. They make too many efforts in helping students get prepared for interviews, and so many companies come to the college to give internships. They tell us it is all upon us whether we have to know how to clear the interview.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Free Wi-Fi is available in all the buildings. Classrooms are also good. Labs are good. The hostel is good, but it is too far; it is too distant. The ground is so big that every student is allowed to go there to play different games as they want.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive, and they take classes regularly. They are all well qualified. Semester exams are tough, but teachers teach you a lot, so it is not that tough. The passing percentage is 33%, as usual. This makes students ready for the industry.

It has affordable courses with helpful teachers and practical learning.
Placements: 60 to 70 percent students from my BCA batch got placed. The highest package offered is 6 LPA and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. The average package is 3.5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosy and Capgemini visited the campus for placements. Internships are also offered by startups and mid size IT firms especially in roles like web development, data analysis and technical support. The top roles offered are software developer, data analyst, and support engineer.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is quite good. We have well-equipped computer labs with high-speed internet, smart classrooms, and a decent library with relevant books and journals. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. The hostel facilities are average, with clean rooms and basic amenities. The quality of food in the mess is satisfactory, though it can be improved. The campus has a medical room. It also encourages sports with a separate playground and indoor game areas.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, qualified, and have good knowledge of subjects. They explained concepts well and are approachable for doubts. The course curriculum is mostly relevant to current industry trends, especially in programming, databases, and web development. However, few subjects could be updated with more hands-on practice. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, with proper internal assessment and theory papers. The pass percentage is decent, and it is around 80-90%.
Other: The campus life is enjoyable with friendly students and helpful seniors. Various events and fests are conducted throughout the year which keep the environment lively. There are student clubs, coding competitions, cultural programs and sports meets. The crowd is diverse and overall environment is supportive of learning and growth.

Best campus of Kanpur in affordable price.
Placements: Placement rate of CSJMU is really very surprising because all the students who are actually dedicated to their studies get placements in decent companies. Placement rate is more than 60% and for interns also. Companies like HCL, Infosys, and Wipro come here to conduct interviews with the students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of my course is really very great. All classes are well furnished and also have proper water, sanitation, and other facilities. In our computer lab, there are enough amount of computers. All the labs, auditorium, and main department offices have AC but not in all the classrooms. Full campus is connected with Wi-Fi but sometimes its speed is slow. Campus has proper medical facilities with sports/games along with cafeteria.
Faculty: Teachers are really great. They are punctual, kind, and knowledgeable. They are too much helpful and highly qualified. Semester exams are medium level so if a student focuses on the class lectures so they may tackle the exam easily. As BCA is a 3-year course so it contains 6 semesters, and you have to pay the fee for 2 semesters at once (no option for 1 semester fee).
Other: As a campus of 164 acres, I feel that it is almost value of money. But I think they should add AC to students' regular classes also. If I talk about the crowd of the campus, then its not too much and that too low its average because the campus is so enormous.
