Review of Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University.

Placements: In the master's programme, almost 95% of students got placed. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month. The highest salary offered is less than Rs. 1.5 lacs. Cognizant, Macleods, Apotex, etc., were the top recruiting companies. HOD in the production department of industry, academics, good place in Pharmacovigilance and clinical data management, etc., were offered to students. There is a lack of internship opportunities.

Infrastructure: Almost all the facilities are available for a master degree student. But, for professional research purposes, every instrument for a private organisation is a bit hard to collect. Food quality is unsatisfactory. The medical facility is available 24 hours in institutes own hospital at a reasonable cost. For sports, only badminton is not available here. Other sports like lawn tennis, football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, table tennis are available here.

Faculty: Teachers are one of the most helpful I have ever encountered. Teaching quality and knowledge is good. They try to connect with every student and try to push then to be better. The course curriculum is designed by a central body called the Pharmacy Council of India. In the case of masters, there is a separate course called pharmaceutical technology interested students can opt for it in concentrating on the industry. Or else, pharmaceutics course is more than sufficient for the industry.

Other: I liked the subject, so I chose to do masters in it. I want my college to have some more instruments. Though the price is very high, it can help in research works. Fest can be better organised in our college. Many events are organised in an academic year. In the case of extracurricular activities, our college has a music club to nurture the softer side of a person, a band named D'n'A. The campus environment is good and clean. It is a pleasure to take a stroll on the campus road when you are bored in your hostel room. But, we can't have that carefree campus life here. There are certain restrictions in the hostel like a hostel in time for girls and many things for boys.
