Candidates with a valid BPlan/BArch/or any other bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or organisation are eligible. In addition, the candidate should have studied the relevant subjects in the degree course as well. The aspirant shall have the pass certificates with them at the time of MPlan course admission as well for verification purposes.

SPA Delhi offers an array of specialisations under its MPlan programme. At the time of application, students must indicate the choice of specialisation. The following is a list of all the courses offered by the university for students to choose from:

The admission process for the SPA Delhi MPlan programme begins with the application process. Those who wish to apply can download the application form from the institute's official website. The application forms are also made available at the admission office. Students must fill out the required fields and submit the form at the school centre along with the application fees.

Upon graduation from the SPA Delhi MPlan programme, students have a broad career scope. MPlan graduates can apply to work in firms indulged in interior design, realty development, construction, architecture, etc. Students can even consider opening their own venture offering consultancy services. Students residing on the campus of SPA Delhi need to pay the hostel and mess fees. As per a PDF available on the School's official website, SPA Delhi hostel fee and other charges are as follows:

• Hostel Room Rent: INR 20,000 (UG & PG)
• Electricity & Water Charges: INR 10,000
• Mess Deposit: INR 5,000
• Mess Establishment Charges: 16,940
• Mess Food Charges Advance: INR 20,000

Admission to most of the programmes of SPA Delhi is entrance-based. The institute considers scores in GATE/ CEED for M.Arch and MPlan, JEE Main (Paper-II)/ DASA UG for BArch, CEED for MDes and JEE Main (Paper-II) for BPlan programmes. Hence, entrance exam scores are required for admission in UG or PG courses at the institute. Selected candidates are requirement to participate in the counselling rounds and pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the institute.
