Placements: SRM College of Commerce and Finance has truly shaped my academic and professional journey. As a part of the 2024 batch of B.Com in Accounting and Finance, I experienced an excellent placement drive where 98% of students were placed in top companies. The highest package offered was 18 LPA, with the lowest being 4 LPA and an average of 8 LPA. Renowned companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC, Goldman Sachs, and HDFC Bank recruited from our campus, offering roles such as Financial Analyst, Investment Banker, and Tax Consultant. Internships were equally impressive, with 95% of students gaining opportunities in companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and TCS. The college provides a perfect blend of academic learning and practical exposure, supported by knowledgeable faculty and a vibrant campus environment. I am proud to call myself a student of SRM College and believe it has prepared me well for my future endeavors.

Infrastructure: SRM College of Commerce and Finance provides excellent infrastructure for the B.Com in Accounting and Finance course. The classrooms are modern, equipped with projectors and Wi-Fi, and the computer labs are well-equipped for practical work. The library has a great collection of books and online resources. Hostel facilities are comfortable with all essential amenities, and the mess offers good, hygienic food. The medical center is available for emergencies, and the campus has excellent sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor games. Overall, the facilities are top-notch and support both academic and personal well-being.

Faculty: The teachers at SRM College of Commerce and Finance are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They are approachable, offering both academic guidance and career advice. The teaching quality is excellent, with a focus on both theoretical concepts and practical applications. The course curriculum is relevant and up-to-date, ensuring students are well-prepared for industry challenges. It covers the latest trends in finance, accounting, and commerce, making us industry-ready. As for semester exams, they are challenging but fair, testing our understanding of the subjects. The pass percentage is high, with most students performing well due to the strong support from both faculty and the college's resources.

Other: I chose the B.Com in Accounting and Finance course at SRM College because of my interest in finance and the strong career opportunities it offers. The best part of the course is its practical focus, preparing students well for the industry. I do wish there were more hands-on workshops to enhance practical learning. The campus is lively with events, fests, and a friendly crowd. It's well-connected and in a peaceful area, perfect for studying. Scholarships are available for deserving students, and extracurricular activities are encouraged, making the overall experience enjoyable and enriching.

A place to transform, with good placement benefits.Students can come and gain more knowledge at SRM.

Placements: Placements in our college are very high, with around 20 to 25 companies visiting the campus, such as Accenture, TCS, Wipro, and HCL. Students need to maintain around an 8 CGPA, with no standing backlogs or current arrears. They must maintain around 70% - 75% on school days. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruitment is from Bangalore, India. Internship opportunities are provided by the college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is neat and tidy. It provides two libraries and four canteens. Outside the campus, there are many hostels available for students. There is a hostel within the college that charges around Rs. 1 lakh separately for males and females. Food is available in the mess. There is a bus service provided, and medical benefits, such as dental checkups, are free for college students.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified with PhD degrees, and most of them are MBA degree holders. They have extensive knowledge of the system and curriculum. Course curriculum is relevant as per the guidelines of the college and it prepares students for jobs. Semester exams are not very difficult for students to pass. They just need to go through the notes provided by the college.

Other: I want to indulge in the finance field. The best way to do this is to gain knowledge about the field. it is necessary for students to first understand their field accurately. There are campus functions and cultural events handled by students every month. Traditional functions like Onam, Diwali, and more are celebrated to enjoy. There is a large crowd during these days because outside students also come and enjoy.
