UPES PAT Application Form 2025: Check Last Date of Registration & Know How to Apply

The UPES PAT 2025 application form filling involves various steps, and candidates should follow each step carefully to submit the same successfully. Below are the steps:

Step 1: Personal Details and Enrolment

In this step, the candidates have to furnish all the personal details such as name, last name, date of birth, address, mobile number and email ID, and the course level selection (UG or PG).

Step 2: OTP Verification

Applicants need to enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number

Step 3: Academic Details

The next step or page will ask the candidate to provide all their academic details such as percentage or the CGPA of class 10 and class 12, name of the school and board (CBSE/ICSE or any State board).

Step 4: Receiving the Application Number

Applicants will receive system generated application number from UPES for further process.

Step 5: Login using the Email ID and Password

The SMS with the application number will have a link (URL) redirected to the login page. The candidate has to log in using the same password as their email ID, which they had provided during registration.

Step 6: UPES PAT Application Fee Payment

The candidate must log in using the email ID and the shared system-generated password to pay the UPES PAT 2025 application fee. The candidate can choose the mode of payment and pay the application fee of INR 1,350. Below are the ways by which the UPES PAT 2025 fee can be paid:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Net-Banking
• UPI
• E-wallets

The fee for the Indian nationals is Rs 1,350 and $75 for the NRI candidates.

Step 6: Complete the UPES PAT Application Form

After paying the application fee, candidates must review and provide other essential details regarding their academic information. These details vary from course to course. For BPharma, a detailed account of marks/CGPA is required, along with a list of details mentioned below:

• First Name
• Middle Name
• Last Name
• Level (UG/PG)
• Programme/Course
• Email Id
• Confirm Email Id
• Valid Mobile Number
• Date of Birth
• Class 10 Year of Passing and Percentage
• Class 12 Year of Passing and Percentage
• Class 12 Percentage: There is no need to enter marks if appearing for an exam in 2025

The application process will only be considered successful after the fee payment. Candidates are advised to confirm the fee payment and take at least two copies of the filled application form. UPES, Dehradun does not provide any correction window for the UPES PAT 2025 application.

The UPES PAT application form-filling process has been completed, and candidates are required to save their login details for future reference. If any candidate forgets their login password or username, the UPES portal can retrieve the same. Below are the steps the candidates should follow to recover the login password of the application form:

• Visit the website’s admission login page, admission.upes.ac.in/apply
• On the UPES PAT application login window, students have to click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option above the submit button
• In the next step, students have to enter the registered email ID and click on the ‘Submit’ button
• The UPES login password will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number
• Applicants can now log in using the retrieved password by clicking on ‘Click here to login.’

Students who want to fill the application form of UPES PAT must fulfil the eligibility criteria first. There are two types of eligibility criteria which are age-wise and educational-wise. The detailed description is mentioned below:

• Applicants must secure at least 50 percent marks in Class 10 and Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths, and English as major subjects.
• He/She should be 17 years of age on or before December 31, 2024.
