Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology offers good placements annually to its BTech students.  As per the latest report, 588 BTech students have been placed during the VSSUT BTech placements 2025. Earlier, 772 and 621 students were placed during BTech placements 2023 and 2024, respectively. Yes,  VSSUT offers various courses at undergraduate and research levels in Engineering, Science, Computer Application, Arts and Architecture streams including B.Tech. All courses are AICTE approved. it has aa category called Computer Science & Engineering . It's sanctioned intake is 60 students and total intake is 70 students. B.Tech is a total course of 4 years and can be a great career option for computer enthusiasts.

The B.Tech placements are decent at Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology. The highest paid package offered to students is Rs.10.20 lakhs. The companies which visited this university are Deloitte, Tata Steel and Infosys. In Deloitte, 31 students are placed, In TCS, 161 students are placed and in Wipro, nearly 150 students are placed. The students from the 6th semester can apply for the campus placements. The average package was 7 lakhs. Almost everyone was placed leaving the ones who went for higher studies.

The cutoff various every year but as per the past year cutoff, a general category student with a rank under 1,50,000 in JEE MAINS EXAMINATIONS can easily get a seat at VSSUT. For getting higher branches you need to have rank under 60K. The cutoff rank for reserved categories is around 4-5 Lacs rank in JEE MAINS examinations which is very low.

So, getting Admission in this college is not so difficult as NIT'S and GFTI. A student with basic knowledge of subjects can easily make up to get a seat here.

Yes, Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology offers decent placements annually for courses like BTech, MTech, MS and MTech. The VSSUT average package offered to the students during the 2025 placement is yet to be released. However, the VSSUT average package offered in 2024 was INR 6.38 LPA. Earlier, the average package offered during VSSUT placements 2023 was INR 6.96 LPA.

Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology and GIET University, both offers the BSc programme in various specialisations at the undergraduate level. Based on the fee parameter, VSSUT BSc fees structure is INR 2.3 Lacs for all three specialisations on another hand the fee structure for BSc programme offered at GIET University ranges from INR 1.5 Lacs to INR 8 Lacs depending upon the specialisation selected by candidates.
