Absolutely satisfactory university to pursue B.Tech.

Placements: Approximately 90 percent of students are getting placements from the campus drive held by the college. The top companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Infosys, and different startup companies are coming for the campus drive. The average package is about 3 LPA and the maximum package rises up to 20 LPA. This course prepares students to be industry-ready.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this university is excellent and attractive. In each department, free Wi-Fi is available. There is also a central library which is open 24 hours. The hostel facility is quite acceptable for staying. The medical facility is available inside as dispensary and a specialized ambulance is also available for the college in case of an emergency. Different sorts of sports are promoted to play here.

Faculty: Here the teachers are well-qualified and experienced. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. They are always helpful in subjective as well as project work and hackathon. The semester exams are quite normal to pass but you need to study hard to secure a good CGPA. Here the pass percentage is 35 percent.

Other: I chose this course here for an affordable price.

EEE department placements in GIET.

Placements: Giet University is excellent university in Odisha and it provides decent placements. 80 percent of students are placed in different companies. The highest package is 23LPA, the lowest package offered is 3LPA and the average package is 5 to 6LPA. Top companies are TCS, Accenture, Mahindra, and Wipro. 90 percent of the students got internship from our course.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is good. Facilities are also good. Wi-Fi available. Lab also decent and AC present. Classrooms are also decent. Hostel facilities are decent. Hostel mess food is not good and also inside the hostel a paid canteen is available. Medical facilities are also good for sports, with all the necessary equipment available.

Faculty: Faculty of this college is not good. Their teaching quality is very good. They are all qualified and educated. This course is not curriculum relevant and it does not make industry ready but if a CSE course is chosen then good. Semester examination is easy for our course and 80 percent of students in our course find it easy to pass it.

Other: All facilities ]activities are conducted as per the time and free time of our course.

Placement, facilities, culture, and infrastructure of the GIET campus.

Placements: It is a good college in Odisha. Most companies prefer to visit this college. This college is best from a placement point of view. Around 70% of students get placed in our course. According to the information available, the highest package is 15 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Good companies like TCS, which takes students from all departments, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, etc., come for placements. From our course, internship opportunities are limited, but if selected, students work as interns like employees. Around 50% of students get internships from our course.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the best and beautiful. The organization is good, the design is good, and department facilities are also good. Wi-Fi is available for everyone to connect to the internet. Labs have all the equipment, and classrooms also have projectors. The library is available in all departments, and there is also a central library. The hostel is much better than other colleges. The mess food needs improvement. Medical facilities are well-decorated, and the services are good. Sports facilities are also good.

Faculty: Faculty is better than in other departments. Faculty members are helpful to students and also help in research projects as mentors. I think this is one of the best institutes I have seen. They are all qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is also good. This course is curriculum-relevant. It makes students industry-ready in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. Semester examinations are not difficult, and most questions come from the syllabus. In our college, the pass percentage in semester examinations is around 80%.

Only skilled students are actually getting placed.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this university is on top level for its design of building. But the classroom and lab facilities are normal but acceptable. There is availability of Wi-Fi in hostel with credentials password. In campus, Wi-Fi facility is available in each department. Multiple sports are available.

Faculty: Teaching faculty are quite acceptable level of teaching. Faculty members are qualified with Ph.D. and Master’s degrees. This course makes one student industrial ready after getting degree. The semester exam papers are prepared and checked here only. The semester exams are quite easy to pass, but securing good grades needs high study.
